คุณลักษณะผู้นำที่พึงประสงค์ กรณีศึกษาบริษัทเซรามิคส์ อาร์ อัส จำกัด

Abstract

การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) คุณลักษณะผู้นำที่พึงประสงค์ ของ บริษัท เซรามิคส์ อาร์ อัส จำกัด 2) เปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลที่มีผลต่อ คุณลักษณะผู้นำที่พึงประสงค์ ของ บริษัท เซรามิคส์ อาร์ อัส จำกัด 3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนา คุณลักษณะผู้นำที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของพนักงานบริษัท เซรามิคส์ อาร์ อัส จำกัด การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากร คือ พนักงาน บริษัท เซรามิคส์ อาร์ อัส จำกัด ระดับงาน 2 ถึง 9 จำนวน 32 คน ซึ่งการศึกษานี้จะศึกษาจากประชากรทั้งหมด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งได้รับกลับคืนมาจำนวน 32 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ระดับความคิดเห็นต่อคุณลักษณะผู้นำที่พึงประสงค์พนักงาน ระดับ 2 ถึง 9 ของบริษัท เซรามิคส์ อาร์ อัส จำกัด มีความคิดเห็นต่อคุณลักษณะผู้นำที่พึงประสงค์ โดยภาพรวมในระดับเห็นด้วยมากที่สุด 2) เปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะผู้นำที่พึงประสงค์จำแนกตามคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล พบว่า พนักงานระดับ 2 ถึง 9 ของบริษัท เซรามิคส์ อาร์ อัส จำกัด ที่มี อายุ และระดับการศึกษา ที่ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อคุณลักษณะผู้นำที่พึงประสงค์แตกต่างกันในด้านความยุติธรรมและซื่อสัตย์สุจริต ด้านความอดทน และ ด้านความตื่นตัวไม่ตื่นตูม 3) แนวทางการ พัฒนาคุณลักษณะผู้นำที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของพนักงานระดับ 2 ถึง 9 ของบริษัท เซรามิคส์ อาร์ อัส จำกัด ควรจะเน้นที่ด้านความริเริ่ม ด้านความยุติธรรมและซื่อสัตย์สุจริต ด้านความอดทนและด้านความตื่นตัวไม่ตื่นตูม

The first objective of this study is to study desirable leadership traits of Ceramics R Us Company Limited. Second, to study and compare personal traits that effect to desirable leadership traits of Ceramics R Us Company Limited. Lastly, to suggested improvement of desirable leadership traits of Ceramics R Us Company Limited. The sample of this survey research consisted of 32 employees who are level 2 to 9. Questionnaire was used in this research which is fully answered, so the weight percentage of this analysis is 100%. Descriptive statistics including, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, and Pearson Relation (Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient) were used in this study. The result shown that the opinions of employees, level 2 to 9 of Ceramics R Us Company Limited, are highest level. Second, the comparison of desirable leadership traits that divides by personal traits of employees who are level 2 to 9 that have the difference of age and education level have difference opinion about initiative perspective, fairness and honesty perspective, patience perspective and alertness perspective of desirable leadership traits. Thrid, the suggestion of improvement of desirable leadership traits of Ceramics R Us Company Limited should focus on initiative perspective, fairness and honesty perspective, patience perspective and alertness perspective of desirable leadership traits
