การค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในการเข้าถึงเนื้อหา เว็บไซต์ TWCAG, 2) เพื่อพัฒนาเว็บแอปพลิเคชันที่ทุกคนเข้าถึงได้สำหรับประเทศไทยสองศูนย์ หนึ่งศูนย์ ที่สนับสนุนข้อมูลสถานที่ท่องเที่ยววัดทางพุทธศาสนาที่จังหวัดอุดรธานี และ 3) เพื่อประยุกต์การพัฒนาเว็บแอปพลิเคชันที่สนับสนุนการสร้างเนื้อหาเว็บที่สามารถเข้าถึงได้ สำหรับผู้ใช้งานทั่วไป ผู้สูงอายุ และผู้พิการ การวิจัยนี้ประกอบด้วยสองขั้นตอนหลักที่สำคัญ โดยขั้นตอนแรกเป็นการพัฒนาเว็บ แอปพลิเคชันที่ทุกคนเข้าถึงได้ ทั้งผู้ใช้งานทั่วไป ผู้สูงอายุ และผู้พิการ โดยทำการสร้างเว็บไซต์ ระบบจัดการเนื้อหาเว็บไซต์ และการติดตั้งโปรแกรมเสริมกูเกิ้ลแมพส์ เพื่อระบุตำแหน่งปัจจุบัน ค้นหาวัดใกล้เคียง และกำหนดเส้นทางการท่องเที่ยววัดตามเวลา ขั้นตอนที่สองทำการสร้างชุดสตอรีแมพส์
โดยนำแผนที่และเนื้อหาที่เกี่ยวข้องมาแสดง โดยจัดเรียงลำดับปรากฏการณ์เดียวกันสำหรับสถานที่ที่ต่างกัน พร้อมทั้งแสดงภาพ วิดีโอ และเว็บเพจที่เกี่ยวกับการการท่องเที่ยวท่องเที่ยววัดที่จังหวัดอุดรธานี จากผลการทดลองพบว่า (1) การพัฒนาเว็บแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับข้อมูลสถานที่ท่องเที่ยววัดที่จังหวัดอุดรธานี ตามแนวทางการพัฒนาเว็บที่ทุกคนเข้าถึงได้สำหรับประเทศไทย
สองศูนย์หนึ่งศูนย์ ตามคุณลักษณะของเว็บไซต์ภาครัฐที่ควรมีสามารถพัฒนาได้ตรงตาม มาตรฐานทั้ง 8 ข้อ สอดคล้องกับการตรวจสอบมาตรฐาน AAA (แบบมีเงื่อนไข) (2) ผลการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของระบบ สามารถทำงานได้ตามปกติทั้ง 5 ระบบ ได้แก่สมัครสมาชิกบริการข้อมูล จัดการข้อมูลเนื้อหา จัดการข้อมูลการเดินทาง และการจัดการแสดงผล ทั้งหมด 4 ด้าน คือ เวลาในการตอบสนอง ข้อมูลครบถ้วนตรงกับความต้องการ การเข้าถึงง่าย และทำงานตรงกับความต้องการ (3) การประเมินคุณภาพจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ให้คะแนนด้านเนื้อหาอยู่ในระดับดี (x = 4.28 และ S.D. = 0.72) และ (4) ผู้ใช้งานทั่วไป ผู้สูงอายุ และผู้พิการ มีระดับความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดีมาก (x = 4.00, S.D. = 0.79) ตามลำดับ
The purpose of this independent study are as follows: 1) to conduct a feasible study of the Thai Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (TWCAG), 2) to develop the web application in order to support in every for Thailand 2010 especially in the Buddhist temples at Udon Thani province, and 3) to apply the web application to support creating the web content to access by the user, aging and disability people. This research consisted of two main steps. The first step was to develop a web application that following the world wild web consortium to make the web accessible for the user, aging and disability people. The web sites were developed by generating content management system and plugin a Google map for defining the current position, searching the nearby temples, and setting the travel route by time. The second step was to make a story map series by mapping a map and corresponding contents and sorting by the same event with different places including photos, video, and web pages for Buddhist Temples Travel at Udon Thani province. From the experimental results, (1) the web application development for Buddhist Temples Travel at Udon Thani province followed the guideline of Thailand Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2010 and characteristic of the standard government web sites covered 8 categories based on the standard verification of AAA (conditional), (2) the system performance result could be able to work normally covered 5 systems such as apply for members, information service, management contents, management the travel routes, and management display result including 4 parts as response time, content management, the travel route management, and display result management. (3) the quality evaluation from the expert for rating in web contents as good score (the percentage of the average is equal to 4.28 and standard error is equal to 0.72) and (4) the user, aging and disability people satisfaction rating as good score (the percentage of the average is equal to 4.00 and standard error is equal to 0.79) respectively
