Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้โทรทัศน์ทางไกลผ่าน ดาวเทียมของครูโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิเขต 3 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 222 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามความ พึงพอใจต่อการใช้โทรทัศน์ทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียมของครูโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 3 มีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้โทรทัศน์ทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียมในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดในแต่ละด้านได้แก่ (1) ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน มีการจัดตารางเรียนให้สอดคล้องกับตารางเวลาออกอากาศรายการโทรทัศน์เพื่อการศึกษา (2) ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมของห้องเรียน โรงเรียนติดตั้งจอโทรทัศน์มีความสูงถูกต้องตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน เหมาะกับระดับสายตานักเรียน และความสูงจากพื้นระหว่าง 1.20 - 1.50 เมตร (3) ด้านครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนต้นทาง สอนเนื้อหาสาระในแต่ละครั้ง เหมาะสมกับเวลา (4) ด้านครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนปลายทาง คอยช่วยแก้ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการจัดการเรียนการสอน และ (5) ด้านผู้เรียน นักเรียนสามารถเปิดและปิดโทรทัศน์ และอุปกรณ์รับสัญญาณดาวเทียมได้อย่างถูกต้องและปลอดภัย
The objective of this research was to study the satisfaction with using satellite television of teachers in small schools under the Office of Chaiyaphum Primary Education Service Area 3. The research sample consisted of 222 teachers teaching in small schools under the Office of Chaiyaphum Primary Education Service Area 3 during the second semester of the 2017 academic year, obtained by stratified random sampling. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on the satisfaction with using satellite television of teachers in small schools. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings showed that the overall satisfaction with using satellite television of teachers in small schools under the Office of Chaiyaphum Primary Education Service Area 3 was at the high level. When specific aspects of using satellite television were considered, it was found that their satisfaction was at the high level for every aspect, with the items in each aspect receiving the highest rating means being as follows: (1) in the aspect of instructional management, the item on having the learning time table in accordance with the broadcasting table of educational television; (2) in the aspect of environment condition of the classroom, that on the installed television set being appropriately high for the students’ eye sight, with the height of 1.20 - 1.50 meters from the classroom floor; (3) in the aspect of teachers in the upstream schools, that on their teaching time being appropriate with the allotted time; (4) in the aspect of teachers in the downstream schools, that on their behaviors of helping to solve problems arising during the instructional management; and (5) in the aspect of learners, that on the students being able to turn on and turn off the television and the satellite signal receiving device correctly and safely.
