Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการ บริหารงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองแจ้งใหญ่ อำเภอบัวใหญ่ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา (2) เปรียบเทียบระดับความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการบริหารงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองแจ้ง ใหญ่ อำเภอบัวใหญ่ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ (3) เสนอแนะแนวทาง เพิ่มพูนความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองแจ้งใหญ่ อำเภอบัวใหญ่ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นประชาชนที่เป็นหัวหน้าครัวเรือนหรือผู้แทนครัวเรือนใน ตำบลหนองแจ้งใหญ่ อำเภอบัวใหญ่ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา จำนวน 1,704 ครัวเรือน มีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 324 ครัวเรือน หรือ 324 คน ได้มาจากการคำนวณโดยสูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบ บังเอิญ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าทีและการทดสอบค่าเอฟ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ความคิดเห็นของประชาชนผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามต่อการบริหารงาน ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองแจ้งใหญ่ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านศิลปะ วัฒนธรรม สตรี และภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น รองลงมาคือด้านส่งเสริม คุณภาพชีวิต ด้านรักษาความสงบเรียบร้อย ด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน ด้านทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและ สิ่งแวดล้อม และด้านการวางแผนการส่งเสริมการลงทุนตามลำดับ (2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของ ประชาชนที่มีต่อการบริหารงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองแจ้งใหญ่จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล โดยภาพรวมพบว่า ประชาชนที่มี ระดับการศึกษา และอาชีพต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนประชาชนที่มีเพศ อายุ และระยะเวลาการอาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน และ(3) ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางเพิ่มพูนความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานของ องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองแจ้งใหญ่ ที่สำคัญได้แก่ ควรจัดให้มีน้ำประปาที่ใสสะอาดบริการประชาชน ควรจัดหาไฟฟ้าแสงสว่างทางถนนมากขี้น รวมถึงควรมีการอบรมพัฒนาอาชีพ ส่งเสริมอาชีพ เสริมในหมู่บ้าน ตลอดจนฝึกอบรมเกี่ยวกับอาชีพเสริมให้กับครัวเรือนที่สนใจ
This research aimed to study (1) the level of people’s opinion towards the administration of Nongjangyai sub-district administrative organization, Bua Yai district, Nakhon Ratchasima province, (2) to compare people’s opinion towards the administration of Nongjangyai sub-district administrative organization, Bua Yai district, Nakhon Ratchasima province classified by personal factors, and (3) recommend the appropriate approaches to enhance the administration success of Nongjangyai sub-district administrative organization, Bua Yai district, Nakhon Ratchasima province. Population included 1,704 heads or representatives of households of Nongjangyai sub-district, Bua Yai district, Nakhon Ratchasima province. Samples were 324 representatives, calculated by the formula of Taro Yamane. Accidental sampling method was applied. Research instrument used in data collecting was questionnaire. Statistical tools employed were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F test The findings were as follows; (1) the people’s opinion towards the administration of Nongjangyai sub-district administrative organization as a whole was at low level. The detailed investigation revealed that the highest mean was the aspect concerning with Art, Culture, Women, and Local wisdom, next was Quality of Life Enhancement, and Peace Maintaining, Basic Structure, Natural resources and environment, and Planning and Investment respectively. (2) the comparison of People’s Opinion towards the Administration of Nongjangyai sub-district administrative organization classified by personal factors as a whole founded that people with difference in level of education and occupation differed in the opinion with statistical significance at 0.05. However, for those with difference in sex, age, and duration of living in the area, no differences in the opinion were found. And (3) recommendations were; providing clean water supply to all people, supplying more street lights, providing vocational training, encouraging village residents to have additional occupation together with provision of training in skills required for the occupations to those interested.
