ชุดฝึกอบรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เรื่องการอนุรักษ์พลังงานสำหรับพนักงานบริษัทนำเข้าและส่งออกสินค้า กรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เพื่อพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง การ อนุรักษ์พลังงาน สำหรับพนักงานบริษัทนำเข้าและส่งออกสินค้า กรุงเทพมหานคร ให้มี ประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 80/80 (2) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนของผู้รับการ ฝึกอบรมที่เรียนด้วยชุดฝึกอบรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และ (3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้รับการ ฝึกอบรมที่มีต่อชุดฝึกอบรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พนักงานบริษัทดาสก้า จำกัด จำนวน 40 คน ได้มาโดยสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือในวิจัย คือ (1) ชุดฝึกอบรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง การอนุรักษ์พลังงาน จำนวน 3 หน่วย หน่วยที่ 1 การอนุรักษ์พลังงานในระบบแสงสว่าง หน่วยที่ 2 การอนุรักษ์พลังงานในเครื่องปรับอากาศใน สำนักงาน และหน่วยที่ 3 การอนุรักษ์พลังงานในอุปกรณ์สำนักงาน (2) แบบทดสอบก่อนฝึกอบรมและ หลังฝึกอบรมแบบคู่ขนาน และ (3) แบบสอบถาม ความคิดเห็นของผู้รับการฝึกอบรม การวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การหาประสิทธิภาพ โดยใช้ E,/E, ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ชุดฝึกอบรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง การอนุรักษ์พลังงาน ที่ พัฒนาขึ้นทั้ง 3 หน่วย มีประสิทธิภาพ 79.68/80.97, 79.03/80.65 และ 80.00/80.97 เป็นไปตาม เกณฑ์ 80/80 (2) ผู้รับการฝึกอบรมที่เรียนด้วยชุดฝึกอบรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ มีความก้าวหน้า ทางการเรียนเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) ผู้รับการฝึกอบรมมีความ คิดเห็นต่อชุดฝึกอบรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ว่ามีคุณภาพในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก

The purposes of this study were three-fold: (1) to develop a set of electronic training packages on Power Conservation for personnel import and export companies based on the 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) to study the learning progress of trainees learning from the electronic training packages; and (3) to study the opinions of trainees toward the quality of electronic training packages. The research sample consisted of 40 personnel of Daska Company randomly selected through a stratified sampling technique. Research instruments comprised (1) three units of electronic training packages on Power Conservation, namely, Unit 1: Power Conservation in Lighting System; Unit 2: Power Conservation in Office Air-Conditioners, and Unit 3: Power Conservation in Office Appliance; (2) two parallel forms of an achievement test for pre-testing and post-testing; and (3) a questionnaire to assess the trainee's opinion toward the quality of the electronic training packages. Data were statistically analyzed by means of the E1/E2, efficiency index, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Research findings showed that (1) the three units of electronic training packages were efficient at 79.68/80.97, 79.03/80.65; and 80.00/80.97 respectively; thus meeting the set efficiency criterion of 80/80; (2) trainees learning from the electronic training packages achieved significant learning progress at the .05 level; and (3) the opinions of trainees toward the quality of the electronic training packages were at the "highly agreeable" level
