Abstract
การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) การจัดรายการวิทยุของสถานีวิทยุเพื่อการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสงขลา 2) การเปิดรับฟังรายการของผู้ฟังสถานีวิทยุเพื่อการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสงขลา 3) ความพึงพอใจของผู้ฟังสถานีวิทยุเพื่อการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ-สงขลา และ 4) ความต้องการของผู้ฟังสถานีวิทยุเพื่อการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสงขลา การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผังรายการประจำเดือนเมษายน 2558 และผู้ฟังรายการของสถานีวิทยุเพื่อการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสงขลา ตำบลเขารูปช้าง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสงขลา จำนวน 396 คน ใช้การเลือกตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง โดยใช้แบบวิเคราะห์ผังรายการและแบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ และ ใช้สถิติค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สถานีวิทยุเพื่อการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสงขลา มีการจัดรายการประเภทบริการสาธารณะมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ รายการประเภทความรู้ รายการประเภทบันเทิง และรายการประเภทข่าว 2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงมากกว่าเพศชาย มีอายุระหว่าง 31-40 ปี มีการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรีมากที่สุด ส่วนใหญ่ประกอบอาชีพข้าราชการ/พนักงานมหาวิทยาลัย และมีรายได้ 15,001-20,000 บาทต่อเดือน ส่วนใหญ่เปิดฟังรายการประเภทความรู้ และฟังในรถยนต์/รถประจำทาง ในช่วงเวลา 15.00-18.00 น. โดยเปิดฟังสัปดาห์ละ 1-2 วัน รายการที่ผู้ฟังชอบฟังมากที่สุด คือ รายการ "บินหลาล่องใต้" และผู้ดำเนินรายการที่ชื่นชอบมากที่สุด คือ ดีเจหมิว 3) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมด้านประเภทรายการ ผู้ดำเนินรายการ และเทคนิคในระดับมาก โดยสามารถจำแนกได้ดังนี้ (1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจรายการประเภทบันเทิงมากที่สุด โดยมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก (2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจน้ำเสียงของผู้ดำเนินรายการไพเราะมากที่สุด โดยมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก (3) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจด้านความชัดเจนของเสียงในการออกอากาศมากที่สุด โดยมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก 4) กลุ่มตัวอย่างต้องการให้ดำเนินรายการด้วยภาษาใต้มากที่สุด
The objectives of this research were to study 1) the program management of Songkhla Rajabhat University's educational radio station; 2) listeners' exposure to the radio station's programs; 3) listeners' satisfaction with the programs; and 4) listeners' demands for educational radio. This was a survey research. The sample population consisted of the April 2015 program schedule of Songkhla Rajabhat University Educational Radio Station in Khao Rup Chang Sub-district, Mueang District, Songkhla Province, and 396 people who listened to the station, chosen through purposive sampling. The data collection tools were a program schedule analysis form and a questionnaire. Data were analyzed through descriptive analysis and the statistics of percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results showed that 1) The type of programs that Songkhla Rajabhat University's educational radio station broadcast the most was public service programs, followed by informative programs, entertainment programs and news programs. 2) The majority of sample listeners was female, in the 31-40 age range, and educated to bachelor's degree level. Most were government sector or university employees earning 15,001-20,000 baht a month. They reported that they listened to informative programs the most, usually in their cars or on the bus, most often during the time period 15:00-18:00. They said they tuned in 1 or 2 days a week. The program the majority like the best was "Binla Long Tai" and the host they liked the most was DJ Miw. 3) Overall, the samples had a high level of satisfaction with the types of programs, program hosts, and technical aspects. The highest satisfaction score for programs was for entertainment programs ("high"). The highest satisfaction score for program hosts was given for the sound of the host's voice ("high"). The highest satisfaction score for technical aspects was for the clarity of sound signal ("high"). 4) Most listeners wanted the station to broadcast programs in Southern Thai dialect
