Abstract
การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความต้องการบริการแนะแนวและ การปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยาของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการ (2) เปรียบเทียบความต้องการบริการแนะแนวและการปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยาของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการ จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษาสูงสุด และระยะเวลาการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการ บริษัท ยัวซ่าแบตเตอรี่ ประเทศไทย จากัด (มหาชน) จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ณ เดือนกันยายน ปี 2555 จำนวน 251 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามความต้องการบริการ แนะแนวและการปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยาที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง มีลักษณะเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .99 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ผลการศึกษาวิจัยพบว่า (1) พนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการในบริษัท ยัวซ่าแบตเตอรี่ ประเทศไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) มีความต้องการบริการแนะแนวและการปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยาโดยภาพรวม ทั้ง 5 บริการอยู่ในระดับมาก คือ บริการสนเทศ บริการจัดวางตัวบุคคล บริการรวบรวมข้อมูลรายบุคคล บริการให้การปรึกษา และบริการติดตามและประเมินผล ตามลาดับ (2) พนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการในบริษัท ยัวซ่าแบตเตอรี่ ประเทศไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ที่มีเพศ อายุ สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษาสูงสุด และระยะเวลาการทำงานต่างกันมีความต้องการบริการแนะแนวและการปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยาใน 5 บริการโดยรวม และบริการรายด้านไม่แตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The purposes of this research were to (1) study the needs for guidance and psychological counseling services of operating level employees; and (2) compare the needs for guidance and psychological counseling services of operating level employees classified by gender, age, marriage status, the highest education and working period. The research sample consisted of 251 operating level employees of Yuasa Battery (Thailand) Public Company Limited in Samutprakan in September 2012 who were selected under multi-stage sampling. The employed research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire on the needs for guidance and psychological counseling services made by the researcher. The reliability was .99. The statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and analysis of variance. Research findings showed that (1) the operating level employees of Yuasa Battery (Thailand) Public Company Limited needed the guidance and psychological counseling services in overall image on five services- information service, placement service, individual service, counseling service and follow up & elaluation service, respectively, in high level; and (2) all of the operating level employees of Yuasa Battery (Thailand) Public Company Limited in Samutprakan with different gender, age, marriage status, highest education and working period needed the guidance and psychological counseling services in over all 5 services and by sides at the .05 level of statistical significance.
