ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำชั้นยอดกับความสุขในการทำงานของหัวหน้างานอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉินในโรงพยาบาลชุมชนภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนื้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำชั้นยอดและ ความสุขในการทำงานของหัวหน้างานอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉินในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน ภาค ตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ (2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำชั้นยอดกับความสุขในการทำงานของหัวหน้างานอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นหัวหน้างานอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉินที่ปฏิบัติงาน ในตำแหน่งหัวหน้างาน 1 ปี ขึ้นไป จำนวน 242 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามซึ่งแบ่งเป็น 3 ตอน ได้แก่ ตอนที่ 1 ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ตอนที่ 2 ภาวะผู้นำชั้นยอดของหัวหน้างานอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน ตอนที่ 3 ความสุขในการทำงานของหัวหน้างานอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน แบบสอบถามผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตาม เนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ได้ค่าความตรงตามเนื้อหา เท่ากับ 0.97 และ 1.00 ตามลำดับ แบบสอบถามตอนที่ 2 และ 3 มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค 0.97 และ 0.94 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) ภาวะผู้นำชั้นยอดของหัวหน้างานอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉินอยู่ในระดับดีและความสุขในการทำงานของหัวหน้างานอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน ในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ อยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ภาวะผู้นำชั้นยอดของหัวหน้าอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูง (r = 0.803) กับความสุขในการทำงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 โดยภาวะผู้นำชั้นยอดของหัวหน้างานอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน ทุกด้านมีความสัมพันธ์อยู่ใน ระดับสูง (r = 0.636 - 0.721) กับความสุขในการทำงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.001

The purposes of this descriptive study were (1) to study the level of superleadership and joy al work of head nurses in emergency units of north-eastern community hospitals, and (2) to analyze relationship between superleadership and joy at work of head nurses.The sample included 242 head nurses in emergency units of north-eastern community hospitals who had worked as head nurses for at least 1 year. Questionnaires were used as research tools for collecting the data comprising 3 sections: (1) personal data, (2) the superleadership of head nurses in emergency unit, and (3) joy at work of head nurses in emergency units. All instruments were tested for the validity by a panel of experts. Content validity index of the second and the third sections were 0.97 and 1.00 respectively. The Cronbach alpha reliability coefficients of the second and the third sections were 0.97 and 0.94 respectively. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson product moment correlation coefficient. The major findings were as follows. (1) Head nurses in emergency units of north-eastern community hospitals rated both their SuperLeadership and joy al work at the good level. (2) There was positive and significant relationship between SuperLeadership of head nurses and joy al work (r= 0.803, p <.01). There was positive and significant relationship between subscales of SuperLeadership and joy al work (r = 0.636 - 0.721, p < .001).
