ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจลงคะแนนเสียงเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร : กรณีศึกษาการเลือกตั้งทั่วไป เขตเลือกตั้งที่ 3 จังหวัดพิจิตร เมื่อวันที่ 6 กุมภาพันธ์ 2548

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจ ลงคะแนนเสียงเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร (2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่เป็นแรงจูงใจมีผลต่อการตัดสินใจลงคะแนนเสียงเลือกตั้งให้แก่ผู้สมัครสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร เขต 3 จังหวัดพิจิตร กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ประชาชนผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร เขต 3 จังหวัด พิจิตร จำนวน 384 คน เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามแล้วนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์เป็นตัวเลขแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าสถิติ ร้อยละ ใช้ค่าสถิติไคสแควร์ และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) เพศ อายุ การศึกษา มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจลงคะแนนเสียง เลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร ส่วนรายได้ อาชีพ ไม่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจลงคะแนนเสียงเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร 2) พรรคการเมือง นโยบายพรรคการเมือง ผู้สมัครรับเลือกตั้ง การได้รับข่าวสาร การซื้อสิทธิขายเสียง หัวคะแนน และผู้นำท้องถิ่น เป็นปัจจัยที่เป็นแรงจูงใจในการลงคะแนนเสียงเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร โดยปัจจัยที่มีอึทธิพลมากที่สุด คือ พรรคการเมืองผู้สมัครรับเลือกตั้ง และหัวคะแนน

The objectives of this research were: (1) to study personal factors that affect people’s decisions to vote in the election; and (2) to study factors that influenced people’s decision to vote for candidates in Constituency 3 Phichit Province. The sample consisted of 384 people with voting rights in Constituency 3 Phichit Province. This was a survey research. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using frequencies, percentage, chi square and content analysis. The results showed that: (1) the personal factors of sex, age, and educational level affected people’s decisions to vote in the election. The factors of income and profession did not affect people’s decisions to vote in the election. (2) The political party, party policy, candidates, reception of news, vote buying, canvassers and local leaders were factors that influenced people’s decision to vote for different candidates in the election.
