Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการบริหารและบริการของห้องสมุดโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 2
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหาร ครู และนักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาที่เปิดสอนในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปี ที่ 4 ถึง มัธยมศึกษาปี ที่ 6 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 2 ปี การศึกษา 2553 จำนวน 647 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ผู้บริหาร ครู มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการบริหารและบริการของห้องสมุดโรงเรียนแตกต่างกัน โดยผู้บริหารมีความเห็นอยู่ ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนความคิดเห็นของครูอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อพบว่าทั้งผู้บริหารและครูมีความคิดเห็นระดับมากตรงกัน 2 ข้อ คือ การวางแผนและนโยบาย และบุคลากร เมื่อวิเคราะห์ทั้ง 7 ด้าน โดยรวมอยู่ระดับปานกลาง แต่มีระดับมากในทุกด้าน คือนโยบายส่งเสริมการอ่าน การพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีและการจัดทำรายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานประจำปี ความมีจิตบริการ การให้ความเสมอภาคในการให้บริการบรรณารักษศาสตร์ผ่านการอบรมด้านห้องสมุด ที่ตั้งของห้องสมุดมีความเหมาะสมแสงสว่างเพียงพอในการอ่านหนังสือ มีอุณหภูมิและการถ่ายเทของอากาศเหมาะสม หนังสือพิมพ์ มีจำนวนเพียงพอต่อการให้บริการและมีทรัพยากรสารสนเทศหลากหลายประเภทให้บริการ มีบริการจองใช้ห้องสมุด และมีบริการยืม-คืนหนังสือทั่วไป สะดวกรวดเร็ว ความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนโดยรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อวิเคราะห์เป็นรายข้อทั้ง 5 ด้าน พบว่า มีระดับมาก ดังนี้ บุคคลากรมีบุคลิกภาพและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี ห้องสมุดมีปริมาณพื้นที่เพียงพอต่อการให้บริการการตกแต่งทั้งภายในและภายนอกดึงดูดความสนใจให้เข้าใช้บริการ และที่ตั้งของห้องสมุดมีความเหมาะสม
ทรัพยากรสารสนเทศอยู่ในสภาพที่ดีพร้อมใช้งานและหนังสือพิมพ์ มีจำนวนเพียงพอ ด้านบริการอยู่ในระดับน้อย 2 ข้อ คือ การให้บริการในระบบเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตและสคูลเน็ตมีประสิทธิภาพและผู้ใช้ได้รับคำตอบถูกต้อง (2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบ พบว่า ครูแต่ละกลุ่มสาระวิชามีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 จำนวน 5
ด้าน คือด้านด้านบุคลากร ด้านอาคารสถานที่และครุภัณฑ์ ด้านทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ ด้านงานเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม ด้านการบริการ ครูกลุ่มสาระวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ วิทยาศาสตร์ มีความคิดเห็นว่าเหมาะสมแล้วแตกต่างจากครูกลุ่มสาระวิชาอื่น ๆ (3) ผลการเปรียบเทียบ นักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 จำนวน 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านบุคลากร ด้านอาคารสถานที่และครุภัณฑ์ ด้านงานเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปี ที่ 4 มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างจากชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 และ 6 ทุกด้าน
The purposes of this survey research were to study and compare The Administration and Services of Secondary School Libraries Under the Office of Udornthani Educational Area Zone 2. The sample consisted of 647 that were the teachers, administrators and students of the secondary school level 4 to 6 under the office of Udornthani Educational Area Zone 2 in the academic year 2010. The research tool was questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. The research findings were (1) The opinions of the administrators and the teachers on school libraries administration and services were differently. The administrators’ opinions were at moderate level but the teachers’ opinions were at high level. With regarding in each items, it was found that both the administrators and the teachers’ opinions were at the same level high on 2 items. These were library planning and policy and personnel. Regarding on 7 aspects, overall were at moderate level but the rest were at high level. These were reading promotion policy, technology development and yearly report on, having service mind, equity in library services, librarians had been practiced, the suitable of library location, sufficient light for reading, the suitable of temperature and air circulation, sufficient number of newspapers for serving, having different types of library resources for servicing, having library resereved for use, fast and convenience of book borrow and return. The students’opinions, overall were at moderate level. Regarding on 5 aspects, it was found that they were at high level as follows: library staffs have good personality and human relations, sufficient space for service, the attractive decoration both inner and out door for use, suitable library location, library resources were in good condition for use, sufficient number of newspapers. For library services, it was in less level with 2 items, these were the efficient of internet and schoolnet networks services and the users received the correct answers. (2) The results of the comparisons were found that the opinions of the teachers of each areas were significantly different at .05 level with 5 aspects. These were personnel, building and facilities, technology and innovation works and services. The teachers in the subject of mathematics and sciences thought they were suitable while the teachers from the other subjects thought differently. (3) The results of the comparisons, the opinions of Mathayom Suksa students were significantly different at .05 level with 3 aspects. These were personnel, library building and facilities, technology and innovation works. Mathayom Suksa 4 students had different opinions from Mathayom Suksa 5 and 6 students in every aspects.
