Abstract
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ปัจจัยข้อมูลพื้นฐานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก (2) การรับรู้การบริหารจัดการของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กโดยครูผู้ดูแลเด็กเล็ก (3) สภาวะฟันผุของเด็กเล็กในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก (4) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยข้อมูลพื้นฐานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กกับสภาวะฟันผุในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก และ (5) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้การบริหารจัดการของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กกับสภาวะฟันผุของเด็กเล็ก กลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือครูผู้ดูแลเด็กเล็ก ทั้งหมด 81คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้เทคนิคการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบมีระบบ ได้ 67 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถาม โดยให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 3 ท่าน ตรวจสอบ และคานวณหาค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง และนำไปทดลองใช้และตรวจสอบด้านความเที่ยง ได้ค่าดัชนีความเชื่อมั่นมีค่าสัมประสิทธ์ิแอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ 0.88 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธ์ิสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการทดสอบด้วยสถิติไคสแควร์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ข้อมูลพื้นฐานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในการดูแลขององค์การ บริหารส่วนตำบล ถึงร้อยละ 80 จำนวนเด็กอยู่ในช่วง 1-50 คน ร้อยละ 75 จำนวนครู อยู่ในช่วง 1-5 คน ร้อยละ 90 งบประมาณที่ได้รับส่วนใหญ่ไม่เกิน 200,000 บาท ถึงร้อยละ 70 (2) สาหรับการรับรู้การบริหารจัดการของครูผู้ดูแลเด็ก 5 ด้าน มีการรับรู้โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าด้านการปฏิบัติตามกิจกรรมมีค่ามากที่สุด รองลงมาคือด้านข้อมูลข่าวสาร ด้านการประเมินผล ด้านกำลังคน ด้านทรัพยากร/งบประมาณ ตามลำดับ (3) สภาวะฟันผุของเด็กเล็ก พบว่า มีเด็กที่มีฟันน้ำนมผุทั้งหมด 281 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 44.32 (4) ไม่พบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยข้อมูลพื้นฐานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กในเรื่องสังกัด จำนวนเด็ก จำนวนครู และงบประมาณกับสภาวะฟันผุในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก และ (5) ไม่พบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้การบริหารจัดการของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กโดยครูผู้ดูแลเด็กเล็กในด้านกาลังคน ด้านทรัพยากร/งบประมาณด้านการปฏิบัติกิจกรรม
The objectives of this study are to study: (1) basic information factors of the child development centers; (2) perceived management of the child development centers by care takers; (3) tooth decay conditions of young children in the child development centers; (4) relationship between basic information factors of the child development centers and the dental caries condition in the child development centers; and (5) relationship between perceived management of the child development centers and the caries of young children. The population used in the study the samples were 81 care takers, among which 67 were selected by using systematic random sampling techniques. The tools used for data collection was a questionnaire reviewed by 3 experts, and analyzed for the consistency index, and were tried out resulting in the confidence index, the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.88. The statistics used for analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson Correlation and Chi-square test. The research found that: (1) the child development centers were mostly (80 %) under the supervision of the sub-district administration organizations, 75 % tended to children with the number ranging 1-50, 90 % had care takers in the range of 1-5 people, 70% had the budget received not more than 200,000 baht; (2) regarding the perception of the management of 5 aspects by the care takers, it was overall at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that compliance to required activities were mostly expressed, followed by the aspect concerning information, evaluation, manpower, and resources/budget respectively; (3) regarding tooth decay conditions, 44.32% of the young children had decayed baby teeth; (4) there was no relationship between the basic information of the child development centers regarding the number of children, the number of care takers, and the budget and tooth decay in the child development centers; and (5) no relationship was found between the perceived management of the child development centers by care takers in the aspect of manpower, resources/budget, required activities compliance, information evaluation and tooth decay status of the young children in the child development centers.
