การพัฒนาชุดการเรียนตามแนวทางสะเต็มศึกษากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี เรื่อง การเพาะเห็ดในโรงเรือนอัจฉริยะ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โรงเรียนมีชัยพัฒนา จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาชุดการเรียนตามแนวทางสะเต็มศึกษา กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี เรื่อง การเพาะเห็ดในโรงเรือนอัจฉริยะ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมตอนต้น โรงเรียนมีชัยพัฒนา จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด (2) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยชุดการเรียนตามแนวทางสะเต็มศึกษา กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี เรื่อง การเพาะเห็ดในโรงเรือนอัจฉริยะ และ (3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับ เรื่อง การเพาะเห็ดในโรงเรือนอัจฉริยะของนักเรียนที่มีต่อชุดการเรียนตามแนวทางสะเต็มศึกษา กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ปีการศึกษา 2563 โรงเรียนมีชัยพัฒนา จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ จำนวน 39 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย (1) ชุดการเรียนตามแนวทางสะเต็มศึกษา กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี เรื่อง การเพาะเห็ดในโรงเรือนอัจฉริยะ (2) แบบทดสอบก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนแบบคู่ขนาน และ (3) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อชุดการเรียนตามแนวทางสะเต็มศึกษาสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ชุดการเรียนตามแนวทางสะเต็มศึกษา กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ และเทคโนโลยี เรื่อง การเพาะเห็ดในโรงเรือนอัจฉริยะ มีประสิทธิภาพ 81.00/82.33 เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 80/80 (2) นักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยชุดการเรียนตามแนวทางสะเต็มศึกษา กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี เรื่อง การเพาะเห็ดในโรงเรือนอัจฉริยะ มีความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนสูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .05 และ (3) นักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นต่อชุดการเรียนตามแนวทางสะเต็มศึกษา กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี เรื่อง การเพาะเห็ดในโรงเรือนอัจฉริยะ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมากที่สุด

The objectives of this research were (1) to develop a learning package based on STEM Education Approach in the Science and Technology Learning Area on the topic of Mushroom Cultivation in Outstanding Building for Lower Secondary Students of Mechai Pattana School in Buri Ram Province based on the pre-determined efficiency criterion; (2) to study the learning progress of students who learned from the learning package based on STEM Education Approach in the Science and Technology Learning Area on the topic of Mushroom Cultivation in Outstanding Building; and (3) to study opinions of the students toward the learning package based on STEM Education Approach in the Science and Technology Learning Area on the topic of Mushroom Cultivation in Outstanding Building. The research sample consisted of 39 Lower Secondary Students studying in the 2020 of Mechai Pattana School in Buri Ram Province, obtained by cluster sampling. Research instruments comprised (1) a learning package based on STEM Education Approach in the Science and Technology Learning Area on the topic of Mushroom Cultivation in Outstanding Building; (2) two parallel forms of a learning achievement test for pre-testing and post-testing; and (3) a questionnaire on student’s opinions toward the learning from the learning package based on STEM Education Approach in the Science and Technology Learning Area. Statistics employed for data analysis were the E1/E2 efficiency index, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Research findings showed that (1) the developed learning package based on STEM Education Approach in the Science and Technology Learning Area on the topic of Mushroom Cultivation in Outstanding Building was efficient at 81.00/82.33, thus meeting the pre-determined 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) the students who learned from the learning package based on STEM Education Approach achieved learning progress significantly at the .05 level of statistical significance; and (3) the students had opinions that the learning package based on STEM Education Approach was appropriate at the highest level.
