ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานและความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของบุคลากรสาธารณสุขที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดอ่างทอง

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) คุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล (2) ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน (3) ระดับความผูกพันต่อองค์กร และ (4) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลและคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานกับความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของบุคลากรสาธารณสุขที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดอ่างทอง ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) บุคลากรส่วนใหญ่ เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุอยู่ในช่วง 41-50 ปี ส่วนใหญ่มีสถานภาพสมรส จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี เป็นบุคลากรประเภทข้าราชการมีระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงานมากที่สุด 16-25 ปี มีรายได้มากกว่า 40,000 บาท (2) ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (3) ระดับความผูกพันต่อองค์กรโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง และ (4) คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานมีความสัมพันธ์กับความผูกพันต่อองค์กรในทางบวก (r= 0.369) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานด้านลักษณะงานมีส่วนส่งเสริมบูรณาการทางสังคมของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน มีความสัมพันธ์กับความผูกพันต่อองค์กรมากกว่าด้านอื่น (r = 0.453) และคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานในภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กับความผูกพันต่อองค์กรด้านความเป็นอันหนึ่งอันเดียวกับองค์กรมากกว่าด้านอื่น (r = 0.425)

This study aimed to investigate: (1) personal attributes; (2) the quality of working life, (3) the level of organizational commitment; and (4) the relationship between the personal attributes and the quality of working life and organizational commitment of health personnel at sub-district health promoting hospitals in Ang Thong province. The study was conducted among 176 health personnel randomly selected from all 322 health officials working at the hospitals. Data were collected using a questionnaire whose Cronbach alpha coefficient for content and reliability of 0.930, and then analyzed to determine frequency, percentage, means, and standard deviation, to perform Chi-squared test and Pearson’s correlation analysis. The results indicated that: (1) among the respondents, most of them were female, aged 41–50 years and married, and had a bachelor’s degree, 16–25 years of service, and a monthly income more than 40,000 baht; (2) their overall quality of life was at the level moderate; (3) the level of overall organizational commitment was high; and (4) the quality of working life was positively and significantly associated with organizational commitment (r = 0.369; p = .05); the job description related to social integration promotion had a higher relationship with organizational commitment than other aspects (r = 0.453); and the overall quality of working life had a higher relationship with organizational commitment regarding unity than other aspects (r = 0.425).
