Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์และบทเรียนชีวิตของผู้ค้ายาเสพติด กรณีศึกษาผู้ต้องขังในเรือนจำกลางบางขวาง โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแนวปรากฏการณ์วิทยา เชิงตีความผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักคือ ผู้ต้องขังคดียาเสพติดในเรือนจำกลางบางขวาง จำนวน 6 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด เครื่องมือที่ใชัในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แก่แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์ เนื้อหา สร้างข้อสรุปแบบอุปนัยเพื่อตอบวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า ประสบการณ์และบทเรียนชีวิตของผู้ค้ายาเสพติด ประกอบด้วย 2 ประเด็นหลัก ได้แก่ ประเด็นหลักที่ 1 ประสบการณ์ชีวิตระหว่างการเป็นผู้ค้ายาเสพติด ประกอบด้วย 3 ประเด็นรอง คือ (1.1) การก้าวเข้าสู่การเป็นผู้ค้ายาเสพติด ประกอบด้วย 4 ประเด็นย่อยคือ ครอบครัวที่นำไปสู่การเป็นผู้ค้ายาเสพติด อาชีพที่นำไปสู่การเป็นผู้ค้ายาเสพติด สภาพแวดล้อมในชุมชนที่อาศัยอยู่ นำไปสู่การเป็นผู้ค้ายาเสพติด และอิทธิพลของสื่อมวลชนต่อการเป็นผู้ค้ายาเสพติด (1.2) การเป็นผู้ค้ายาเสพติดอย่างเต็มตัวเป็นมืออาชีพ ประกอบด้วย 6 ประเด็นย่อยคือ การอยู่ในแหล่งผลิตยาเสพติดในสามเหลี่ยมทองคำ การลำเลียงยาเสพติดเข้าไทย การลำเลียงซุกซ่อนระหว่างเดินทางเข้าสู่พื่นที่ตอนในกรุงเทพฯ การเก็บรักษาและการจำหน่ายยาเสพติด การฟอกเงิน และการติดตามทวงหนี้สินค่ายาเสพติด และ(1.3) จุดจบของผู้ค้ายาเสพติดประกอบด้วย2ประเด็นย่อยคือ การทรยศหักหลังและจุดจบไม่มีแผ่นดินให้อยู่ ประเด็นหลักที่ 2 บทเรียนชีวิตของ ผู้ค้ายาเสพติดในโลกหลังกำแพงสูง ประกอบด้วย 2 ประเด็นรองคือ (2.1) บทเรียนชีวิตในกระบวนการยุติธรรม ประกอบด้วย 4 ประเด็นย่อยคือ บทเรียนชีวิต จากเหตุการณ์ในวันสี้นอิสระภาพ บทเรียนชีวิตหลังกำแพงสูง บทเรียนชีวิตในวันพิพากษาโทษประหาร ชีวิต และบทเรียนชีวิตจากเหตุการณ์ในวันยิงเป้าและฉีดยาพิษ และ (2.2) การพลิกวิกฤตให้เป็นโอกาส ประกอบด้วย 3 ประเด็นย่อยคือ ทบทวนชีวิตตนเองจากความผิดพลาด การได้รับพระราชทานชีวิต และการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนปล่อยตัวคืนสู่สังคม
The purposes of this research were to study the experience and life Lessons of drug peddlers: a case study of prisoners in Bang Kwang Central Prison. This research was a qualitative research with the use of interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA). The key informants were six drug peddler case prisoners in Bang Kwang Central Prison purposively selected based on some criteria. They were in-depth interviewed with the use of an in-depth interview structure as the data collecting instrument. Data were analyzed with content analysis to obtain inductive conclusions to provide answers to research objectives. Research findings revealed that the experience and life lessons of drug peddlers comprised two main themes: The first main theme was the life experience while being drug peddlers, which had three following subthemes: (1.1) induction to becoming a drug peddler, which consisted of four elements: the family condition that caused one to be a drug peddler, the occupation that caused one to be a drug peddler, the community environment that caused one to be a drug peddler, and influences of social media that affected one as a drug peddler; (1.2) being a professional drug peddler, which consisted of six elements: residing in the golden triangle area which was a drug production source, carrying drugs into Thailand, hidden carrying of drugs in to inner areas of Bangkok, storage and distribution of drugs, laundering of money, and collecting the debt money from clients; and (1.3) the ending of drug peddlers, which consisted of two elements: betrayal and double-cross, and having no place to live. The second main theme was the life lessons behind high walls of drug peddlers, which had two following subthemes: (2.1) the life lessons during the justice process, which consisted of four elements: life lessons from events in the day on which freedom ended, life lessons from the imprisoned life behind high walls, life lessons on the day of death sentence, and life lessons from events on the day of execution by firing squad and poison injection; and (2.2) the transforming of crisis into opportunity, which consisted of three elements: reviewing of one’s life for lessons learned from bad behaviors in the past, receiving the royal amnesty, and readiness preparation before being released back to the society.
