การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) การเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ
ด้านจิตใจของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี (2) ผลลัพธ์ทางการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจด้านจิตใจของพยาบาลวิชาชีพกับผลลัพธ์ทางการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาคือพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงาน ในโรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี จำนวน 264 คน ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน คือ ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล การเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจทางด้านจิตใจและผลลัพธ์ทางการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงาน ในโรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี แบบสอบถามผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหา และวิเคราะห์หาความเที่ยงโดยหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ครอนบาคแอลฟ่าได้ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถาม ส่วนที่ 2 และส่วนที่ 3 เท่ากับ .95 และ .94 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเที่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจด้านจิตใจของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงาน ในโรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี อยู่ในระดับสูง (2) ผลลัพธ์ทางการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงาน ในโรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี อยู่ในระดับสูง และ (3) การเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจด้านจิตใจของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลาง (r= .559) กับผลลัพธ์ทางการพยาบาล ตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The purposes of this descriptive research were: (1) to examine psychological empowerment of professional nurses at Ramathibodi Hospital, (2) to explore nursing outcomes as perceived by professional nurses, and (3) to find the relationship between psychological empowerment and nursing outcomes. Two hundred and sixty four professional nurses who worked at Ramathibodi hospital were selected by the stratified random sampling technique. Questionnaires were used as research tools and consisted of three parts: personal data, psychological empowerment, and nursing outcomes. These tools were tested for content validity. The Cronbach's alpha coefficients of the second and the third parts were .95 and .94 respectively. Statistical devices used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient. The major findings were as follows. (1) Professional nurses rated their psychological empowerment at the high level. (2) They also rated their nursing outcomes at the high level. Finally, (3) there was a statistically significant positive relationship between psychological empowerment and nursing outcomes (r = .559, pc.01).
