Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงบรรยาย (Descriptive research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วยตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลชุมชนจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยาประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน ขนาด 10 เตียง จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา จำนวน 3 แห่ง รวมทั้งสิ้น 60 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 1 ชุด ประกอบด้วย 3 ตอน ได้แก่ ตอนที่ 1 ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ตอนที่ 2 ข้อมูลการปฏิบัติงาน และตอนที่ 3 วัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วยตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 ท่าน วิเคราะห์หาความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามตอนที่ 3 มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.88 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) วัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วยตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลชุมชนจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา เมื่อจำแนกโดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง M = 3.35 และ 2) มีค่าฉลี่ยวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วยในระดับหอผู้ป่วย อยู่ในระดับมาก M = 3.52 ,3) ผลลัพธ์ด้านความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วยในภาพรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง M = 3.35 และ4) ด้านวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วยในระดับโรงพยาบาล มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง M = 3.20 ตามลำดับ
The purpose of this descriptive research was to study the safety culture of patients as perceived by professional nurses who worked at community hospitals in Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The population of this study comprised 60 professional nurses who worked at the 10 bed community hospitals in Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. Questionnaires were used as research tools and comprised three sections: the demographic data, the working profile, and the safety culture of patients as perceived by the professional nurses. The questionnaires were tested for validity and reliability. The reliability of the third sections was 0.88. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The major findings were as follows: 1) Professional nurses at community hospitals in Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Province rated their perception on safety culture of patients at the middlelevel (M = 3.35). 2) They rated their perception on safety culture of patients in patient wards at the high level (M =3.52). 3) They rated the results of patient safety at the middle level (M = 3.35). Finally, 4) they rated the safety culture of patients at their hospitals at the moderate level (M = 3.20)
