เจตคติและความพร้อมสู่การเป็นประชาคมอาเซียนของพยาบาลงานการพยาบาลอายุรศาสตร์และจิตเวชศาสตร์ โรงพยาบาลศิริราช

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) เจตคติต่อการเป็นประชาคม อาเซียนของพยาบาล และ (2) ความพร้อมต่อการเป็นประชาคมอาเซียนของพยาบาล งานการพยาบาลอายุรศาสตร์และจิตเวชศาสตร์ โรงพยาบาลศิริราช กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลระดับปฏิบัติการที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานตั้งแต่ 2 ปีขึ้นไปปฏิบัติงานที่งานการพยาบาลอายุรศาสตร์และจิตเวชศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลศิริราช จำนวน 200 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้ศึกษาพัฒนาขึ้นเองประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน (1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (2) เจตคติต่อการเป็นประชาคมอาเซียนของพยาบาลและ (3) ความพร้อมต่อการเป็นประชาคมอาเซียนของพยาบาล เครื่องมือส่วนที่ 2 และ 3 ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 ท่าน มีค่าความตรงเท่ากับ 0.7 และ 0.73 ตามลำดับ และตรวจสอบความเที่ยงโดยการหาสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาค มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.78 และ 0.91 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) เจตคติของพยาบาลต่อการเป็นประชาคมอาเซียนอยู่ในระดับดี (M = 3.74, SD=0.67) และ (2) ความพร้อมของพยาบาลต่อการเป็นประชาคมอาเซียนอยู่ในระดับพอใช้ (M = 3.10, SD=0.72)

The purposes of this survey research were: (1) to study the attitude of nurses toward ASEAN Community and (2) to study the readiness toward ASEAN Community of nurses who worked at the Medical Nursing Department in Siriraj HospitalThe sample included 200 registered nurses who woked and had at least 2 years experiences at the Medical Nursing Department in Siriraj Hospital. They were selected by the simple random sampling technique. Questionnaires were developed by the researcher and used as the research tool, comprised 3 parts as follows: 1) demographic data, 2) attitude of nurses towards ASEAN Community, and 3) readiness of nurses towards ASEAN Community. The the second and the third parts of the questionnaire were verified by 3 expertises and CVI were 0.70 and 0.73 respectively. The Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficients of the second and the third parts were 0.78 and 0.91 respectively. Data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings were as follows. (1) Registered nurses (53.5%) rated their attitudes toward ASEAN Community at the high level (M = 3.74, SD =0.67). (2) Registered nurses (58.7 %) rated their readinesses toward ASEAN Community at the medium level (M = 3.10, SD=0.72)
