Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะด้านการวิจัย และ 2) ระดับสมรรถนะด้านการวิจัย ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลชุมชนประชากร ได้แก่ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในกลุ่มการพยาบาลโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด
จำนวน 818 คน สุ่มตัวอย้างตามสัดส่วนของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในแต่ละโรงพยาบาลได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 276 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรม ประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วน ส่วนที่ 1 ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล จำนวน 8 ข้อ ข้อคำถามเป็นแบบเลือกตอบและเติมคำ และส่วนที่ 2 แบบสอบถามสมรรถนะ
ด้านการวิจัยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมชน จำนวน 52 ข้อ เป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 ท่าน ได้ค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาของแบบสอบถาม ทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.95 และค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.87 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบแบบค้นหา สกัดองค์ประกอบด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์ ส่วนประกอบสำคัญ และหมุนแกนแบบแวริแม็กซ์ ผลการวิจัย ดังนี้ 1) สมรรถนะด้านการวิจัยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมชน ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ จำนวน 45 ข้อ ประกอบด้วย องค์ประกอบที่ 1 ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการวิจัย จำนวน 9 ข้อ องค์ประกอบที่ 2 ทักษะเกี่ยวกับการวิจัย จำนวน 11 ข้อ องค์ประกอบที่ 3 เจตคติเกี่ยวกับการทำวิจัย จำนวน 11 ข้อ องค์ประกอบที่ 4 จรรยาบรรณนักวิจัยมีจำนวน 9 ข้อ องค์ประกอบที่ 5 การรับรู้อุปสรรคเกี่ยวกับการวิจัยมีจำนวน 5 ข้อ โดยร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 60.95 2) พยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมชนมีสมรรถนะด้านการวิจัย โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (M 3.92, SD = 0.45) โดยพบว่าระดับสมรรถนะด้านการวิจัยที่มีระดับสูงที่สุดคือสมรรถนะด้านจรรยาบรรณนักวิจัยอยู่ในระดับมาก (M 4.45, SD = 0.58) รองลงมาคือ สมรรถนะด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับการวิจัยอยู้ในระดับมาก (M 4.21, SD = 0.57) สมรรถนะด้านเจตคติเกี่ยวกีบการทำวิจัยอยู่ในระดับมาก (M 4.13, SD = 0.59) สมรรถนะด้านทักษะเกี่ยวกับการวิจัยอยู่ในระดับมาก (M 3.67, SD = 0.66) สมรรถนะด้านการรับรู้อุปสรรคเกี่ยวกับการวิจัยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (M 3.14, SD = 0.83) ตามลำดับ
The purpose of this research were: (1) to study the factor structures of the research competencies and (2) the level of the research competencies of professional nurses in community hospitals. The population comprised 818 professional nurses who worked in community hospitals, Roi-Et province. The sample included 276 professional nurses selected by stratified random sampling from each hospital.Questionnaires was used as the research tool, developed by the researcher, and consisted of 2 sections. The first was personal information (8 items). The second was focused on research competencies of professional nurses in community hospitals (52 items).Content validity was verified by 5 experts. The content validity index was 0.95. The Cronbach alpha reliability was 0.87. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and exploratory factor analysis with Principal Component and Varimax rotation method. The results were as follows. 1) Research competencies of professional nurses in community hospital was composed of 5 factors structure matrix (45 items)and accounted for 60.95% of the variance. The factors were: (1) Researchrelated knowledge ( 9 items), Research-related skills (11 items), Research-related attitude (11 items), Ethics ( 9 items), and perceived barriers of conducting research ( 5 items). 2) The professional nurses rated their research competencies at the high level (M 3.92, SD = 0.45) The subscales were rated in the following ranking: (1) Ethics (M4.45, SD = 0.58), Research-related knowledge (M 4.21, SD = 0.57), Research-related attitude (M 4.13, SD = 0.59), Research-related skill (M 3.67, SD = 0.66), Perceived barriers of conducting research (M 3.14, SD = 0.83).
