Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพพื้นฐานส่วนบุคคล สังคม และเศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกร 2) ความรู้และแหล่งความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดการศัตรูพืชแบบผสมผสานในนาข้าวของเกษตรกร 3) การปฏิบัติในการจัดการศัตรูพืชแบบผสมผสานในนาข้าวของเกษตรกร 4) ปัญหาการจัดการศัตรูพืชแบบผสมผสานในนาข้าวของเกษตรกร และ 5) แนวทางการส่งเสริมการจัดการศัตรูพืชแบบผสมผสานในนาข้าวของเกษตรกรในตำบลฝั่งแดง อำเภอนากลาง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวในพื้นที่ตำบลฝั่งแดง อำเภอนากลาง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู ที่ขึ้นทะเบียนเกษตรกรกับกรมส่งเสริมการเกษตร ในปีการผลิต 2563/64 จำนวน 2,012 ราย กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้สูตรของ ทาโร ยามาเน ที่ระดับค่าความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.07 ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 186 ราย ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่ายโดยวิธีการจับสลาก เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) เกษตรกร ร้อยละ 51.1 เป็นเพศหญิง อายุเฉลี่ย 52.65 ปี ร้อยละ 37.6 จบประถมศึกษา ร้อยละ 75.8 ประกอบอาชีพทำนาเป็นอาชีพหลัก ร้อยละ 43.5 มีประสบการณ์ในการทำการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 26.96 ปี ร้อยละ 100.0 เป็นสมาชิกกลุ่มลูกค้า ธ.ก.ส. มีพื้นที่ปลูกข้าวเฉลี่ย 11.40 ไร่ ร้อยละ 95.2 ทำนา 1 ครั้งต่อปี มีต้นทุนการผลิตข้าวเฉลี่ย 2,545.22 บาทต่อไร่ มีรายได้เฉลี่ย 142,492.47 บาทต่อปี 2) เกษตรกรมีความรู้ในการจัดการศัตรูพืชแบบผสมผสานในนาข้าวในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากโดยมีความรู้ในการจัดการศัตรูพืชโดยการใช้สารธรรมชาติสูงสุด เกษตรกรได้รับการส่งเสริมความรู้จากแหล่งต่าง ๆ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยได้รับจากสื่อบุคคล สูงสุด คือ เจ้าหน้าที่ส่งเสริมการเกษตรและได้รับความรู้จากสื่อออนไลน์ ต่ำสุด คือ บล็อก 3) เกษตรกรมีการปฏิบัติในการเลือกใช้วิธีการควบคุมศัตรูพืชแบบผสมผสานในนาข้าวในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ มีการปฏิบัติในการเลือกใช้สารป้องกันกำจัดศัตรูข้าวในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 4) เกษตรกรมีปัญหาในการจัดการศัตรูพืชแบบผสมผสานในนาข้าวในด้านความรู้และด้านการปฏิบัติ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเกษตรกรมีปัญหาการจัดการศัตรูข้าวโดยวิธีกลสูงสุด 5) เกษตรกรเห็นด้วยกับแนวทางการส่งเสริมการจัดการศัตรูพืชแบบผสมผสานในนาข้าวของเกษตรกรด้านประเด็นการส่งเสริมและด้านการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุน ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเกษตรกรเห็นด้วยสูงสุดในด้านการสนับสนุนสารชีวภัณฑ์ และสารกำจัดศัตรูข้าวอื่น ๆ ทดแทนการใช้สารเคมี
The objectives of this research were to study 1) the basic socio-economic background of farmers; 2) farmers' knowledge of integrated pest management in rice fields; 3) farmers' practice of integrated pest management in rice fields; 4) problems of integrated pest management in rice fields; 5) extension guidelines for integrated pest management in farmers’ rice fields in Fang Daeng Sub-district, Na Klang district, Nong Bua Lamphu province. The research is survey research. The study population was rice farmers in Fang Daeng Subdistrict, Na Klang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province. They were registered farmers with the Department of Agricultural Extension in the production year 2020/64. There were 2,012 registrants in all, and the sample size of 186 was determined using Taro Yamane's formula at a marginal error of 0.07. A simple random sampling using the lottery method was used. Data were collected through structured interviews and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The research results found that 1) 51.1% of farmers were female with the average age of 52.65 years old. 37.6% had primary education, 75.8% had farming as their main occupation, and 43.5% had an average of 26.96 years of farming experience. 100.0% were members of the BAAC customer group, with an average rice planting area of 11.40 rai, 95.2% of them did farming once a year, with an average rice production cost of 2,545.22 baht per rai, and an average income of 142,492.47 baht per year. 2) Farmers had a high level of knowledge of integrated pest management in rice fields (15.28 point average), with the highest level of knowledge in pest management using natural substances. Farmers learned from various sources, with personal media being the top source of gaining knowledge and online media, such as blogs, being the least source of knowledge; 3) Farmers had a high level of practice in selecting an integrated pest management method in the rice fields and the practice in choosing a pesticide as a whole was at the highest level. 4) Farmers have problem with integrated pest management in terms of knowledge and practice, overall, at a high level. Farmers had the top problem of managing rice pests by mechanical methods; 5) Farmers agree at the highest level on the farmer's approach to integrated pest management extension in their rice fields on the aspect of extension and support. The farmers agreed the most about supporting bio-based substances and other pesticides to replace the use of chemicals.
