Abstract
การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ปัจจัยด้านคุณลักษณะ ส่วนบุคคลปัจจัยจูงใจ และปัจจัยสนับสนุนจากองค์การ 2) ระดับความผูกพันในงานของเจ้าหน้าที่อาสากู้ชีพ 3) วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยทำนายความผูกพันในงานของเจ้าหน้าที่อาสากู้ชีพในหน่วยบริการการแพทย์ฉุกเฉิน ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ เจ้าหน้าที่อาสากู้ชีพในหน่วยบริการการแพทย์ฉุกเฉิน สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในอำเภอโพนพิสัย จังหวัดหนองคาย จำนวน 180 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ร้อยละ ค่เฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการถดถอยเชิงพหุด้วยวิธีเพิ่มตัวแปรเป็นขั้นตอน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุเฉลี่ย 41.70 ปี สถานภาพสมรส การศึกษา ระดับ ปวช /ปวส/อนุปริญญา ระยะเวลาทำงานในองค์การ นาน 1 - 5 ปี ปัจจัยจูงใจภาพรวม ทั้ง 5 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านความสำเร็จ และต่ำสุด คือ ด้านความก้าวหน้า ปัจจัยสนับสนุนจากองค์การในการปฏิบัติงานภาพรวม ทั้ง 4 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารและคะแนนต่ำสุด คือ ด้านงบประมาณ 2) ระดับความผูกพันในงานของเจ้าหน้าที่อาสากู้ชีพ ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากโดยมีคะแนนเฉลี่ย เรียงตามลำคับ คือ ด้านการอุทิศตนในการทำงาน ด้านการให้เวลากับงาน และด้านความมุ่งมั่นทุ่มเท และ 3) ปัจจัยที่ทำนายความผูกพันในงานของเจ้าหน้าที่อาสากู้ชีพในหน่วยบริการการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล อำเภอโพนพิสัย จังหวัดหนองคาย ได้แก่ ปัจจัยสนับสนุนจากองค์การด้านการบริหาร และปัจจัยจูงใจด้านความรับผิดชอบ โดยสามารถร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 68.5 และปัจจัยสนับสนุนจากองค์การด้านการบริหาร มีอิทธิพลในการทำนาย (beta = .52) มากว่าปัจจัยจูงใจด้านความรับผิดชอบ (beta = .43)
The objectives of this independent study were to study: (1) personal characteristics, motivation factors, and organizational support factors; (2) organizational commitment levels of rescue volunteers; and (3) factors predicting commitment of rescue volunteers in emergency medical services. The study was conducted among 180 rescue volunteers involved in emergency medical services under subdistrict administrative organizations in Phon Phisai district, Nong Khai province. Data were collected using a questionnaire; and statistical data analysis was conducted to determine percentage, average, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) Most of the volunteers were male and married with the average of age was 41.70 years, vocational/diploma level of educational background, and 1–5 years of work experience; their overall and five sub-categories of motivation factors were at a high level; the highest average score was for the work success and the lowest average score was for career advancement; regarding the organizational support factors, the overall and 4 sub-categories’ scores were at a moderate level, while the highest level was noted for administrative support and the lowest level for budgetary support; (2) The levels of overall and three sub-categories of commitment of rescue volunteers were at a high level with the following order: self-dedication to work, time dedication to work and commitment; and (3) The factors predicting their
