มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงราย ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 (2) เพื่อศึกษาความก้าวหน้าด้าน
การเรียนของนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงราย ที่เรียนจากชุดการเรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่าน

กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ
เชียงรายที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนรายวิชา พฤติกรรมมนุษย์กับการพัฒนาตน ภาคการศึกษาที่ 2 ปี
การศึกษา 2550 จำนวน 30 คนด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ
(1) ชุดการเรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่ายวิชา พฤติกรรมมนุษย์กับการพัฒนาตน เรื่องการ
พัฒนาตน (2) แบบทดสอบก่อนเรียนและแบบทดสอบหลังเรียน และ (3) แบบสอบถามความ
คิดเห็นของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อชุดการเรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย ผู้วิจัยได้นำข้อมูลจากการ
ทดลองมาวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติ หาประสิทธิภาพของชุดการเรียน ด้วยค่าประสิทธิภาพ E,/E, การ
ทดสอบค่าที ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ชุดการเรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่ายที่พัฒนาขึ้นทั้ง 3
หน่วย มีประสิทธิภาพ 80.66/80.66, 81.66/82.33,และ 82.66/82.66 ตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 (2)
ความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาสูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ
(3) นักศึกษามีความคิดเห็นต่อชุดการเรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่ายว่ามีความเหมาะสม
The objectives of this research were (1) to develop computer-based learning packages via network on the topic of Self Development in the Human Behavior and Self Development Course for undergraduate students of Chiang Rai Rajabhat University to meet the 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) to study the learning progress of Chiang Rai Rajabhat University students who learned from the computer- based learning packages via network by comparing the pre-learning and post-learning achievement scores of the students; and (3) to study opinions of students toward the computer-based learning packages via network. The research sample consisted of 30 undergraduate students in the Faculty of Education, Chiang Rai Rajabhat University who registered in the Human Behavior and Self Development Course in the second semester of the 2007 academic year, obtained by multi-stage sampling. The employed research instruments were (1) the computer-based learning packages via network on the topic of Self Development in the Human Behavior and Self Development Course; (2) two parallel forms of an achievement test for pre-testing and post-testing; and (3) a questionnaire to investigate the student's opinions on the quality of the computer-based learning packages. Data were statistically analyzed to determine the efficiency of the computer-based learning packages by means of the E1/E2 efficiency index, t-test, mean and standard deviation. The research findings showed that (1) the developed three units of the learning packages had the efficiency indices of 80.66/80.66, 81.66/82.33, and 82.66/82.66 respectively, thus meeting the set 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) the students' learning achievement was increased significantly at the .05 level; and (3) the . students had the opinions that the quality of computer-based learning packages via network was appropriate.
