ระบบการเรียนการสอนผ่านเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์วิชาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 กลุ่มโรงเรียนจุฬาภรณราชวิทยาลัย

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการเรียนการสอนผ่านเครือข่าย คอมพิวเตอร์ วิชาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 กลุ่มโรงเรียนจุฬา ภรณราชวิทยาลัย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ (1) ผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอนวิชาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และนักเรียน โรงเรียนในกลุ่มโรงเรียนจุฬาภรณราชวิทยาลัย จำนวน 276 คน และ (2) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้าน เทคโนโลยีเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ ด้านระบบการเรียนการสอน และด้านเนื้อหาคอมพิวเตอร์และ สารสนเทศจำนวน 24 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย (1) ระบบการเรียนการสอน ผ่านเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ วิชาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (2) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นและความ ต้องการของผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอน และนักเรียน (3) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และ (4) แบบประเมินต้นแบบชิ้นงานจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่ามัธยฐาน ค่าเบียงเบนมาตรฐาน และพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระบบการเรียนการสอนผ่านเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ วิชาเทคโนโลยี สารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้น ประกอบด้วย 9 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความ ต้องการของผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอน และผู้เรียน ขั้นที่ 2 กำหนดปรัชญา/วิสัยทัศน์/นโยบาย/เป้าหมาย และวัตถุประสงค์ ขั้นที่ 3 ศึกษาหลักสูตร/กำหนดผลการเรียนที่คาดหวัง/กำหนดสาระการเรียน ขั้นที่ 4 วิเคราะห์ผูเรียน ขั้นที่ 5 กำหนดวิธีการสอนและกิจกรรมการเรียน ขั้นที่ 6 ผลิตสื่อการ เรียนการสอน ขั้นที่ 7 กำหนดสภาพแวดล้อมทางการเรียน ขั้นที่ 8 ดำเนินการสอน และขั้นที่ 9 ประเมินผลการเรียน ระบบการเรียนการสอนดังกล่าวได้ผ่านการตรวจประเมินและรับรองจาก ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิว่าอยู่ในระดับดี สามารถนำไปใช้ได้

This research aimed to develop a proposed instructional system via computer network focusing on the subject of Information Technology for Mathayom Suksa IV students of schools in the Princess Chulabhorn's College group. The research sample comprised (1) 276 school administrators, teachers who taught Information Technology, and Mathayom Suksa IV students of schools in the Princess Chulabhorn's College group; and (2) 24 experts on computer network technology, instructional system, and computer and information technology contents. The employed research instruments comprised (1) a proposed instructional system via computer network on Information Technology; (2) a questionnaire on opinions and needs of administrators, teachers, and students; (3) a questionnaire on opinions of experts; and (4) an evaluation form for assessment by experts of the proposed model of instructional system via computer network. Statistics used for data analysis were the percentage, mean, median, standard deviation, and inter-quartile range. The research findings revealed that the proposed instructional system via computer network on Information Technology consisted of nine steps as follows: First Step: study of problems and needs of the administrators, teachers, and students; Second Step: determination of the philosophy, vision, policy, goals, and objectives; Third Step: study of the curriculum, determination of expected learning outcomes, and determination of learning contents; Fourth Step: analysis of learners; Fifth Step: determination of teaching methods; Sixth Step: instructional media production; Seventh Step: Determination of learning environment; Eighth Step: undertaking of the instruction; and Ninth Step: evaluation of learning outcomes. The proposed instructional system via computer network on Information Technology subject for Mathayom Suka IV students of schools in Princess Chulabhorn's College group had been evaluated and certified by experts as being of good quality and feasible for implementation.
