ผลการใช้นิทานพื้นบ้านภาคอีสานที่มีต่อความสามารถในการอ่านจับใจความวิชาภาษาไทยของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนบ้านหนองไฮ จังหวัดอำนาจเจริญ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการอ่านจับใจความวิชาภาษาไทยของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนบ้านหนองไฮ จังหวัดอำนาจเจริญ ระหว่างก่อนและหลังเรียนโดยใช้นิทานพื้นบ้านภาคอีสาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2565 โรงเรียนบ้านหนองไฮ จังหวัดอำนาจเจริญ 1 ห้องเรียน จำนวนนักเรียน 19 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ (1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้นิทานพื้นบ้านภาคอีสาน จำนวน 5 แผน 10 ชั่วโมง และ (2) แบบทดสอบความสามารถในการอ่านจับใจความ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าทีผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า ความสามารถในการอ่านจับใจความของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 หลังเรียนโดยใช้นิทานพื้นบ้านภาคอีสานสูงกว่าความสามารถดังกล่าวก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

The objective of this research was to compare interpretive reading abilities of Grade 4 students at Ban Nong Hai School in Amnat Charoen province before and after learning from the teaching by using the North Eastern Region folk tales. The research sample consisted of 19 Grade 4 students in an intact classroom of Ban Nong Hai School in Amnat Charoen province, during the first semester of the academic year 2022, obtained by cluster sampling. The employed research tools were (1) five learning management plans for the teaching by using North Eastern Region folk tales, requiring 10 hours of instruction; and (2) a learning achievement test to assess interpretive reading ability. Statistics employed for data analysis were the mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The research findings revealed that the post-learning interpretive reading ability of Grade 4 students, after learning from the teaching by using North Eastern Region folk tales, was significantly higher than their pre-learning counterpart ability at the .05 level of statistical significance.
