Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) แบบผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดสุรินทร์ (2) ประสิทธิผลในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดสุรินทร์ และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างแบบผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษากับประสิทธิผลในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดสุรินทร์ จำนวน 242 คน จำแนกเป็น ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 123 คน และครูจำนวน119 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบวัดภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน (Management Style Diagnosis Test - MSDT) ของเรดดิน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่า ไค-สแควร์ผลการวิชัยพบว่า (1) ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดสุรินทร์ มีแบบผู้นำแบบผู้สอนแนะมากที่สุด รองลงมา ได้แก่ แบบผู้นำแบบผู้นำทีม (2) โรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดสุรินทร์ มีประสิทธิผลในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา อยู่ในระดับดีทุกด้าน และ (3) ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างแบบผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษากับประสิทธิผลการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา
The purposes of this research were to study (1) leadership style of primary school administrators in Surin province; (2) effectiveness of educational quality assurance of primary school administrators in Surin province; and (3) relationship between leadership style of primary school administrators and effectiveness of educational quality assurance. The research sample consisted of 242 administrators and teachers selected by stratified random sampling from primary schools under the office of Soon Provincial Primary Education. They were classified as 123 administrators and 119 teachers. The research instrument was Reddin's Management Style Diagnosis Test (MSDT). Statistical procedures for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and chi-square test. Research findings revealed that (1) the most prevalent leadership style of primary school administrators in Surin province was the Developer style, followed by the Executive style; (2) the effectiveness of educational quality assurance of primary schools in Surin province was at the high level for every aspect; and (3) no significant relationship was found between primary school administrators' leadership style and effectiveness of educational quality assurance
