Abstract
การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนึมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลกับพฤติกรรมการรับบริการ (2) ส่วนประสมการตลาดที่มีต่อพฤติกรรมการรับบริการ (3) พฤติกรรมการรับบริการศูนย์บริการรถยนต์ (4) ความสัมพันธ์ของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลกับพฤติกรรมการรับบริการ การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรคือผู้รับบริการศูนย์บริการ รถยนต์บิตซูบิชิ บริษัท มิตซูทักษิณ จำกัด จังหวัดปัตตานี ใช้ขนาดตัวอย่างจำนวน 356 ตัวอย่าง โดย ใช้วิธีเลือกตัวอย่างแบบมีระบบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติเชิง พรรณนา ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ ไคว์สแควร์ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุ 30 ปีขนไป สถานภาพ สมรส ส่วนใหญ่อาชีพธุรกิจส่วนตัว/เจ้าของกิจการ รายได้ส่วนใหญ่สูงกว่า 30,000 บาทขึ้นไป ระดับการศึกษาต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี (2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างให้ความสำคัญต่อส่วนประสมการตลาดในด้าน ผลิตภัณฑ์ ราคา การจัดจำหน่าย การส่งเสริมการตลาด บุคลากร กระบวนการให้บริการ และ ลักษณะทางกายภาพในระดับมาก (3) ส่วนใหญ่รับบริการตรวจเช็คตามระยะที่กำหนด เกณฑ์ที่เลือกรับบริการเพราะเป็นศูนย์บริการของรถยนต์มิตซูบิชิ การตัดสินใจที่จะรับบริการจากศูนย์ใช้เกณฑ์การตัดสินใจของตนเอง เลือกวันทำงานปกติในเวลา 08.00-12.00 น. ความถี่ในการเช้ารับ บริการ 3 เดือนต่อครั้ง การรับข้อมูลข่าวสารส่วนใหญ่ทราบข่าวสารจากสื่อวิทยุ การวางแผนมารับบริการมาอีกแน่นอน (4) อายุ สถานภาพสมรส อาชีพ รายได้ และระดับการศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กับเกณฑ์ในการเลือกบุคคลที่มีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ และวันที่เลือกเข้ารับบริการ
The objectives of this study were to: (1) Study personal characteristics effect to customer’ behavior for Mitsubishi car services center, Mitsu Taksin Co.,Ltd., Pattani, (2) study marketing mix effect to customer’ behavior. (3) Study customer’ behavior in service of Mitsubishi Car Services Center. (4) Study personal characteristics in relation to their behavior for Mitsubishi serviced. This study was survey research. The population comprised of customers who came to use the services at Mitsubishi Car Services Center, Mitsu Taksin Co.,Ltd., Pattani. The sample size was 356 people. Systematic Random Sampling method was used. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics as percentage, frequency, means and standard deviations; by inferential statistics as Pearson Chi-square. The study findings show that (1) The majority of the people in the survey were male, married, aged over than 30 years old. They had under bachelor degree education. They worked for private companies and earned average monthly income over of 30,000 Baht; (2) The samples had a significant relationship with the marketing mix including the product, price, place, promotion, personal, service process and physical evidence at the high level; (3) Most of the respondents surveyed said they used service for car Maintenance Schedule. The reason for their used of the services was the quality of Mitsubishi Car Services Center. The person influencing the decision of used was themselves. The day that they most used the services was working day between 08:00-12:00. They used the service once every 3 months. They had received information about Mitsubishi Car Services Center from radio. They definitely plan to come back; (4) The personal data on the level of age, marital status, occupation, income and education were related to the reason for used of the services, the person influencing the decision of used and the day most used the services
