Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการเสริมสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในกลุ่มพิมานปฐม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 3 จังหวัดนครปฐม ตามการรับรู้ของครู (2) เปรียบเทียบการเสริมสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยจําแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา และ (3) ศึกษาปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการเสริมสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูระดับมัธยมศึกษาในกลุ่มพิมานปฐม จำนวน 222 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตรประมาณค่าเกี่ยวกับการเสริมสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ซึ่งมีความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .95 และแบบสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการเสริมสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) การเสริมสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากลุ่มพิมานปฐม โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) การเสริมสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) ปัญหาของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการเสริมสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ ได้แก่ มีภาระงานมาก ยังไม่มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพอย่างแท้จริง มีงบประมาณจำกัด ไม่ได้นำผลการอบรมของครูมาขยายผล ไม่ได้เปิดโอกาสให้ครูพัฒนาอย่างทั่วถึง และไม่มีแนวทางการรายงานผลที่เป็นระบบ ส่วนข้อเสนอแนะสําหรับผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ได้แก่ การจัดหาผู้เชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพมาร่วมพัฒนาครู การส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ของครูทางออนไลน์ การสนับสนุนให้ครูเข้ารับการอบรมอย่างทั่วถึงและนำความรู้และประสบการณ์มาอภิปรายร่วมกัน และการกําหนดรูปแบบการรายงานผลให้ชัดเจน
The proposes of this research were (1) to study the enhancement of professional learning conununity of school administrators in Bliimam Pathom Cluster under the Secondary Education Service .Area Office 9 in Naklion Pathom province based on teacher's perception: (2) to compare the enhancement of professional learning conununity of school administrators as classified by school size: and (3) to smdy the problems and suggestions for the enhancement of professional learning community of school administrators. The sample consisted of 222 secondary-school teachers in Bhimam Pathom Cluster, obtained by stratified random sampling. The research instruments were a rating scale questionnaire dealing with data on enhancement of professional learning community of school administrators, with reliability coefficient of .95: and an interview form concerning problems and suggestions for enhancement of professional learning community of school administrators. The research data were analyzed using the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and content analysis. The research findings were as follows: (1) the overall enhancement of professional learning conununity of school administrators in Bhimam Pathom Cluster was at the high level: (2) schools with different sizes significantly differed in the enhancement of professional learning community of school administrators at the .05 level: and (3) problems concerning enhancement of professional learning conununity of school administrators were as follows: lot of workload: lack of understanding how to implement an authentic professional learning conununity in schools: limited budget: neglecting to expand the teacher training results: failing to provide the development opportunities of teachers thoroughly: and lack of systematic reporting guidelines: while suggestions for school administrators were as follows: providing professional learning conununity experts to collaboratively develop teachers; promoting online learning exchange among teachers: supporting teachers to attend professional learning conununity training courses thoroughly and sharing knowledge and experiences by discussion: and formulating a clear reporting template
