Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์โครงการเสริมสร้างธรรมนําทางชีวิต ของสํานักการโยธา กรุงเทพมหานคร (2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลสัมฤทธิ์โครงการเสริมสร้างธรรมนําทางชีวิต (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยและผลสัมฤทธิ์โครงการเสริมสร้างธรรม นําทางชีวิต และ (4) เสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาโครงการเสริมสร้างธรรม นําทางชีวิต การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ข้าราชการสังกัดสํานักการโยธา กรุงเทพมหานคร จํานวน 849 คน กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของทาโร
ยามาเน่ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จํานวน 271 คน และสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิอย่างเป็นสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าทีและสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์โครงการเสริมสร้างธรรม นําทางชีวิต อยู่ในระดับมาก คือ มีมากกว่าร้อยละ 80 (2) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลสัมฤทธิ์โครงการเสริมสร้างธรรม นําทางชีวิต โดยรวมทั้ง 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยนําเข้า ด้านกระบวนการ และด้านผลผลิต อยู่ในระดับมาก (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยและผลสัมฤทธิ์โครงการเสริมสร้างธรรม นําทางชีวิต พบว่า ปัจจัยเกี่ยวกับการประเมินผลสัมฤทธิ์โครงการ ทั้ง 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยนําเข้า ด้านกระบวนการ และด้านผลผลิต มีความสัมพันธ์กับผลสัมฤทธิ์โครงการเสริมสร้างธรรม นําทางชีวิตไปในทิศทางเดียวกันในทางบวกในระดับมาก อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (4) แนวทางการพัฒนาโครงการเสริมสร้างธรรม นําทางชีวิต พบว่า ควรส่งเสริมให้จัดกิจกรรมโครงการเสริมสร้างธรรม นําทางชีวิต เป็นประจําและต่อเนื่อง และควรจัดรูปแบบกิจกรรมให้มีความหลากหลายและทันสมัย
The objectives of this study were: (1) to study level of achievement of Dharma Practice Leads Your Life Project of the Public Works Department, Bangkok Metropolitan Office; (2) to study factors related to the achievement of Dharma Practice Leads Your Life Project; (3) to study the relationship between factors and the achievement of Dharma Practice Leads Your Life Project; and (4) to recommend future development approaches for Dharma Practice Leads Your Life Project. This study was a quantitative research. Population was 849 officials of the Public Works Department, Bangkok Metropolitan Office. Sample size was calculated by using Taro Yamane’s formula. Samples were 271 samples. Sampling method used proportional stratified random sampling. Research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistical analysis employed frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-Test and Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient. The results revealed that: (1) level of achievement of Dharma Practice Leads Your Life Project of the Public Works Department, Bangkok Metropolitan Office was at high level. That was higher than 80 percent; (2) factors related to the achievement of Dharma Practice Leads Your Life Project, it was found the overall of 4 factors, those were context, input, process and output, was at high level; (3) relationship between factors and the achievement of Dharma Practice Leads Your Life Project, it showed that 4 factors: context, input, process and output, had positive correlation and was at high level with statistically significance at the level of .05; and (4) future development approaches for Dharma Practice Leads Your Life Project were that the organization should promote the maintaining of Dharma Practice Leads Your Life Project consecutively as well as the activity format should differ and be more modern
