การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เปรียบเทียบแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ในการเรียนของ
นักศึกษาระดับ ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ แผนกพณิชยการ วิทยาลัยเทคนิคจันทบุรี ระหว่างก่อนและ
หลังการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อเสริมสร้างแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ในการเรียน และ (2) ศึกษาความ
คิดเห็นของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อเสริมสร้างแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ในการเรียนของ
นักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ แผนกพณิชยการ วิทยาลัยเทคนิคจันทบุรี
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นนักศึกษาระดับ ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ
แผนกพณิชยการ วิทยาลัยเทคนิคจันทบุรี จำนวน14 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือ
ที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ (1) ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อเสริมสร้างแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ในการเรียน ซึ่ง
ได้พัฒนาจากวิธีการเรียนรู้เชิงประสบการณ์ ประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นแลกเปลี่ยน
ประสบการณ์ ขั้นสะท้อนกลับการรับรู้ ขั้นสรุปสาระสู่ชีวิต และขั้นคิดและนำไปปฏิบัติ (2) แบบวัด
แรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ในการเรียน และ (3) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อชุดกิจกรรม
แนะแนวเพื่อเสริมสร้างแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ในการเรียน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่
ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าทีแบบไม่อิสระ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ในการเรียนหลังการใช้
ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวสูงกว่าก่อนการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนว เพื่อเสริมสร้างแรงจูงใจไฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ใน
การเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (2) นักศึกษามีความคิดเห็นต่อชุดกิจกรรมแนะ
แนวเพื่อเสริมสร้างแรงจูงใจไฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ในการเรียน อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมากที่สุด
The objectives of this research were to (1) compare achievement motivation levels of Vocational Certificate students in the Commerce Program of Chanthaburi Commercial College before and after using the guidance activities package to enhance achievement motivation; and (2) study opinions toward the guidance activities package to enhance achievement motivation of Vocational Certificate students in the Commerce Program of Chanthaburi Technical College. The sample consisted of 14 purposively selected Vocational Certificate students in the Commerce Program of Chanthaburi Technical College. The employed research instruments were (1) a guidance activities package to enhance achievement motivation which was developed based on the experiential learning process, consisting of 4 steps, namely, experience exchange, reflection of perception, conclusion toward life, and thinking and application; (2) an achievement motivation assessment scale; and (3) a questionnaire on the opinions toward the guidance activities package to enhance achievement motivation of Vocational Certificate students in the Commerce Program of Chanthaburi Technical College. Statistics used in data analysis were the mean, standard deviation, and dependent t-test. The findings of this study were (1) the achievement motivation mean score of students after using the guidance activities package was significantly higher than their counterpart mean score before using the package at the .05 level; and (2) the students had opinions at the most preferable level toward the guidance activities package to enhance achievement motivation.
