Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อการจัดเรียนการสอนการศึกษาทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียม (DLTV/ ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุตรดิตถ์ เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุตรดิตถ์ เขต 1 ที่ปฏิบัติการสอน ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 286 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของทาโร ยามาเน่ ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95% ได้มาโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อการจัดเรียนการสอนการศึกษาทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียม (OLTV) แบบสอบถามมีความเชื่อมั่น 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า ความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการจัดเรียนการสอน การศึกษาทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียม (DLTV) ของครูผู้สอนระดับประถมศึกษาในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุตรดิตถ์ เขต 1 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก 3 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 1 ด้าน ดังนี้ อยู่ในระดับมาก 3 ด้านได้แก่ (1) ด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมห้องเรียน (2) ด้านสื่อการสอน และ (3) ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 1 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียน.
The purpose of this research was to study the satisfaction with distance instruction management of the Distance Education via Satellite Program (DLTV) of teachers in schools under Uttaradit Primary Education Service Area Office 1. The research sample consisted of 286 teachers teaching in schools under Uttaradit Primary Education Service Area Office 1 during the second semester of the 2020 academic year, obtained by stratified random sampling. The sample size was determined based on Taro Yamane’s Sample Size Table. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on teacher’s satisfaction with distance instruction management of the Distance Education via Satellite Program (DLTV). Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings revealed that the teachers’ overall satisfaction with distance instruction management of the Distance Education via Satellite Program (DLTV) was at the high level. When the levels of satisfaction with specific aspects of the distance instruction management were considered, it was found that the satisfactions were at the high level with three aspects, namely, (1) the aspect of organizing the classroom environment; (2) the aspect of instructional media; and (3) the aspect of instructional management; on the other hand, the satisfaction was at the moderate level with one aspect, namely, the aspect of quality of learners
