ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาภูเก็ต

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา (2) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา (3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมกับระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และ (4) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาภูเก็ตผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากเรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ การมีคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารทางจริยธรรม การมีบุคคลต้นแบบทางจริยธรรม การได้รับการส่งเสริมทางจริยธรรม การมีวัฒนธรรมองค์การที่เน้นจริยธรรมและการมีบรรยากาศองค์การทางจริยธรรมความเป็นพลเมืองดี (2) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากเรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ ความรับผิดชอบ ความเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี ความไว้วางใจ ความซื่อสัตย์ และความยุติธรรม (3) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กันเชิงบวกในระดับสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ (4)ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ได้แก่ การมีบรรยากาศองค์การทางจริยธรรมความเป็นพลเมืองดี การได้รับการส่งเสริมทางจริยธรรม และการมีบุคคลต้นแบบทางจริยธรรม ปัจจัยทั้งหมดสามารถร่วมกันทำนายภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ได้ร้อยละ 76.80 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

The objectives of this research were (1) to study factors related to the ethical leadership of school administrators; (2) to study ethical leadership of school administrators; (3) to study the relationship between the factors and ethical leadership of school administrators; and (4) to study factors affecting ethical leadership of school administrators under Phuket Primary Education Service Area Office. The sample of this study consisted of 274 teachers of primary school students, obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size. The instrument used was a questionnaire with reliability coefficient of .95 and .96. Statistics used in data analysis were the mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product- moment correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research findings indicated that (1) the overall and by dimension components of factors related to the ethical leadership of school administrators were rated at the high level; and the specific dimension could be ranked as follows: having ethical executive characteristics, having an ethical role model, getting ethical promotion, having an organizational culture that emphasizes ethics, and having an ethical organizational atmosphere to be a good citizen; (2) the overall and by dimension components of ethical leadership of school administrators were rated at the high level; and could be ranked as follows: the responsibility, role model, trust, honesty, and justness; (3) the factors related to ethical leadership of school administrators were positively correlated at a high level with statistical significance at the .01 level, and (4) the factors affecting ethical leadership of school administrators were the following: ethical organizational atmosphere to be a good citizenship, getting ethical promotion, and having an ethical role model. All factors could jointly predict 76.80 % of the ethical leadership of school administrators with statistical significance at the .01 level.
