ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ผลิต/ผู้ประกอบการ OTOP ในการดำเนินงานเครือข่ายหนึ่งตำบล หนึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ จังหวัดสุรินทร์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ผลิต/ผู้ประกอบการ OTOP ในการดำเนินงานเครือข่ายหนึ่งตำบล หนึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ จังหวัดสุรินทร์ (2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ผลิต/ผู้ประกอบการ OTOP ในการดำเนินงานเครือข่ายหนึ่งตำบลหนึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ จังหวัดสุรินทร์ (3) ศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะ การดำเนินงานเครือข่ายหนึ่งตำบล หนึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ จังหวัดสุรินทร์การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ ผู้ผลิต/ผู้ประกอบการ OTOP ในจังหวัดสุรินทร์ จำนวน 901 ราย คำนวณหากลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยการใช้สูตรของ Yamane ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 277 ตัวอย่าง แล้วทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย ด้วยวิธีการจับสลาก ใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล อธิบายลักษณะข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และหาค่าสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรโดยการวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติ Eta square และ สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ผู้ผลิต/ผู้ประกอบการ OTOP มีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานเครือข่ายหนึ่งตำบล หนึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ จังหวัดสุรินทร์ ระดับน้อย (2) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ผลิต/ผู้ประกอบการ OTOP ในการดำเนินงานเครือข่ายหนึ่งตำบล หนึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ จังหวัดสุรินทร์ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพหลัก การเป็นสมาชิกเครือข่าย สถานภาพหรือบทบาทในเครือข่ายประเภทผลิตภัณฑ์ และประเภทผู้ผลิต/ผู้ประกอบการ ส่วนปัจจัยแวดล้อมที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ผลิต/ผู้ประกอบการ OTOP ในการดำเนินงานเครือข่ายหนึ่งตำบล หนึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ จังหวัดสุรินทร์ได้แก่ ความรู้เกี่ยวกับเครือข่ายหนึ่งตำบล หนึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ จังหวัดสุรินทร์ และการคาดหวังผลประโยชน์จากการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเครือข่ายหนึ่งตำบล หนึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ จังหวัดสุรินทร์ (3) ปัญหาที่พบมากที่สุด คือ ต้นทุนการผลิตสูง และข้อเสนอแนะในการวิจัย คือ เครือข่ายควรดำเนินการจัดหาเงินทุน หรือประสานแหล่งเงินทุนในการผู้ยืมให้แก่สมาชิก

The purposes of this research were (1) to study the levels of OTOP producers’/ practitioners’ participation in the network processing of One Tampon, One Product in Surin province (2) to study the factors which were related to the participation of OTOP producers/ practitioners in the network processing of One Tambon, One Product in Surin province; and (3) to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions of the network processing of One Tampon, One Product in Surin province. This research was studied by using the surveying design method. The population consisted of 901 OTOP producers/practitioners of One Tampon, One Product in Surin province. From the amount of the population, 277 samples were selected by using the Yamane formula. They all were done the Simple Random Sampling by drawing lots. The data were collected by using a questionnaire. Then, they were analyzed and explained by percentage, mean, and relation of variables were found by analyzing Eta Square Statistics and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The research results found that (1) the OTOP producers/practitioners participated in the network processing of One Tampon, One Product in Surin province was in a lower level, (2) personal factors found to be related to the participation of OTOP producers/practitioners in the network processing of One Tampon, One Product in Surin province included: sex, age, educational levels, main jobs, and being members in the network processing of One Tampon, One Product in Surin province and the kinds of producers/practitioners. Surrounding factors which were found to be related to the participation of OTOP producers/practitioners in the network processing of One Tampon, One Product in Surin province included the knowledge about the network of One Tampon, One Product in Surin province and the expectation of benefits from taking part in activities of the network of One Tumbon, One Product in Surin province; and (3) the biggest problem found was high production cost The suggestion from the research was that the network should procure the capital or coordinate to a capital source for the members.
