ชุดการเรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่ายวิชาวิสัญญีวิทยา เรื่องความปลอดภัยของการให้ยาระงับความรู้สึก สำหรับนักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 5 คณะแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สร้างชุดการเรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่ายวิชาวิสัญญีวิทยา เรื่อง ความปลอดภัยของการให้ยาระงับความรู้สึก ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 (2) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียน ของนักศึกษาที่เรียนจากชุดการเรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ ผ่านเครือข่าย และ (3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อคุณภาพของชุดการเรียน

กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นนักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 5 คณะแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย จำนวน 43 คน ได้มาจากวิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ (1) ชุดการเรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย วิชา วิสัญญีวิทยา เรื่อง ความปลอดภัยของการให้ยาระงับความรู้สึก จำนวน 3 หน่วย คือ หน่วยที่ 2 ความปลอดภัยของผู้รับบริการวิสัญญี หน่วยที่ 3 คุณภาพการให้บริการวิสัญญีวิทยา และ หน่วยที่ 4 การประเมินการให้บริการวิสัญญี (2) แบบ ทดสอบก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน (3) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อชุดการเรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย และ (4) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ประสิทธิภาพ E,/Eg ค่าเฉลี่ย, ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ชุดการเรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่ายที่สร้างขึ้นทั้ง 3 หน่วย มีประสิทธิภาพ 79.00/78.00, 79.00/81.33, และ 82.33/81.00 ตามลำดับเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 ที่กำหนดไว้ (2) นักศึกษามีความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนจากชุดการเรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) นักศึกษามีความคิดเห็นต่อคุณภาพของชุดการเรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่ายในระดับเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่ง

The objectives of this research were (1) to develop computer-based learning packages via network in Anesthesiology on the 80/80 efficiency standard, (2) to study the student learning progress for students learning with the developed computer-based learning packages, and (3) to study the students options on the computer-based learning packages. The sample were 43 fifth year medical students of the Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University selected by random simple technique. The research instruments were (1) three learning units of the computer-based learning packages via network namely: Unit 2 Patient Safety in Anesthesia, Unit 3 Quality in Anesthesia Service, and Unit 4 Evaluation of Anesthesia Service; (2) pre-test and post-test; (3) questionnaire to assess students options on the computer-based learning packages; data were statically analyzed E1/E2 efficiency index, mean, standard deviation and t-test The finding of research were : (1) the three computer-based learning packages had efficiency indices of 79.00/78.00, 79.00/81.33, and 82.33/81.00 respectively, meeting the 80/80 effciency criterion; (2) there were statistical significantly difference of the students' learning achievement at the .05 level; and (3) the students' opinions on the quality of the computer-based learning packages via network were rated at the Highly Agree level.
