Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพพื้นฐานทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกยางพารา 2) สภาพการผลิตยางพาราของเกษตรกร 3) ความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับยางพาราของเกษตรกร 4) ความต้องการการส่งเสริมในการผลิตยางพาราของเกษตรกร 5) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการผลิตและการส่งเสริมการผลิตยางพาราของเกษตรกร ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ เกษตรกรที่ขึ้นทะเบียนปลูกยางพารากับสำนักงานเกษตรอำเภอสังขละบุรี จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ตามข้อมูลในระบบฐานข้อมูลกรมส่งเสริมการเกษตร ปี 2559 จํานวน 853 ราย กําหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ที่ค่าความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.05 ได้ตัวอย่าง 273 ราย ทําการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่ เป็นเพศชาย อายุเฉลี่ย 48.99 ปี ระดับการศึกษาส่วนใหญ่ เกษตรกรจบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา จํานวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 4.36 คน มีประสบการณ์ในการทําสวนยางพาราเฉลี่ย 140 ปี เกษตรกรมีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อปี 185,677.66 บาท 2) ลักษณะพื้นที่ปลูกยางพาราของเกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เป็นพื้นที่ดอน มีพื้นที่ปลูกยางพาราเฉลี่ย 17.00 ไร่ อายุยางเฉลี่ย 12.74 ปี พันธุ์ยางที่ปลูกส่วนมาก คือ RRIM 600 ระยะปลูกส่วนใหญ่อยู่ที่ 2.5x7 เมตร เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่ไม่มีการกำจัดวัชพืช ใส่ปุ๋ยปีละ 1 ครั้ง ใช้วิธีโรยเป็นแถว ส่วนใหญ่ใส่ปุ๋ยสูตร 20-8-20 อัตราการใส่ 0.5 กิโลกรัม/ด้น/ปี และไม่มีการป้องกันกำจัดศัตรูพืชที่พบการกรีดยางพาราส่วนใหญ่จะใช้ระบบ กรีดครึ่ง ต้น กรีก 1 วันเว้น 2 วัน เกษตรกรจะแปรรูปยางพาราในรูปแบบของยางแผ่นดิบและขายผลผลิตให้กับกลุ่มเกษตรกร 3) ความรู้ของเกษตรกร พบว่า เกษตรกรมีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการผลิตยางพาราในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับพื้นที่ที่สูงกว่าระดับน้ำทะเล 600 เมตร จะทำให้การเจริญเติบโตของต้นยางลดลง น้อยกว่าข้ออื่นๆ 4) ความต้องการในการส่งเสริมของเกษตรกรระดับมากที่สุดในภาพรวม และด้านต่อไป ด้านการแปรรูปยางพารา วิธีการส่งเสริมแบบกลุ่ม การบริการและสนับสนุนปัจจัยการผลิต 5) ปัญหาของเกษตรกร ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยเฉพาะปัญหาขาดแคลนแรงงานกรีดยางที่มีฝีมือ และเงินทุน และเกษตรกรเสนอแนะให้มีการฝึกอบรมการกรีดยางพารา การดูแลรักษาสวนยางพารา การใช้ปุ๋ยและการผลิตยางพาราแผ่นคุณภาพโดยให้มีการสาธิตและมีเกษตรกรแกนนําประจําหมู่บ้าน
The objectives of this research were to study Para rubber production farmers On the following issues. (1) basic socio-economie conditions (2) Para production condition (3) general knowledge about Para rubber (4) extension needs in Para rubber production (5) problems and suggestions regarding production and extension of Para rubber production. The population of the study was 853 farmers who registered as Para production farmers with Sangkhla Buri district agricultural office, Kanchanaburi Province. according to data in the database of agricultural extension department of the year 2016. The sample group of 273 people was determined by using Taro Yamane formula with the error value of 0.05 and simple random sampling method. Tool used was on interview. Data was analyzed using statistics such as frequency, percentage, minimum value, maximum value, mean, and standard deviation. The results showed that 1) most of the farmers were male with the average age of 48.99 years., and finished primary school. The average number of household members was 4.36 people and the average experience in Para rubber garden was 14.0 years. Farmers earned the average income per year of 185,677.66 baht. 2) The area type for Para rubber production of farmers were upland area with the average area of 17.01 rai and the average age of 12.74 years. The majority of the rubber veriety was RRIM 600 with the growing distance of 2.5x7 meters. Most of the farmers had on weed control they used 20-8-20 formula fertilizers sprinkle in a row with 0.5 kilogram/plant/year once a year and prevent or control the founded disease and pest. They used half tree tapping system, once every other two day. Farmers would process the Para rubber in the form of raw rubber sheet and sold the products to agricultural groups. 3)The farmers had basic knowledge about Para rubber production, overall, at the moderate level they knewous than others in the item that the growth rate of rubber plant will be less at the area higher than 600 meters from the sea level. 4) The extension needs of farmers overall, were at the highest level overall and in the following aspects: Para rubber processing group extension and support of service and production factor. 5) The overall problems were at the highest level especially the lack of skilled labor in rubber tapping and the lack of funding. Farmers suggested having the continuous training on Para rubber tapping and Para rubber farming maintenance, fertilizer application and quality Para rubber sheet production by wanting to have demonstration and having village agricultural leaders
