Abstract
การศึกษานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจุปันของห่วงโซ่อุปทานภายในของ บริษัท ยู เอ็ม ไทร์ดอเตอร์สวีท จำกัด (2) เพื่อออกแบบต้นแบบห่วงโซ่อุปทานภายในสำหรับการพัฒนาเป็นระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการห่วงโซ่อุปทานภายในของบริษัท ยู เอ็ม ไทร์ดอเตอร์ สวีท จำกัด วิธีการศึกษา ข้อมูลปฐมภูมิได้จากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารเจ้าของกิจการ และการสังเกต การดำเนินงานการจัดการห่วงโซ่อุปทานภายในของบริษัท ข้อมูลทุติยภูมิศึกษาค้นคว้าข้อมูลจาก แหล่งข้อมูลภายในได้แก่ บันทึกการปฏิบัติงาน และรายงานผลการดำเนินงานที่เกี่ยวข้องภายในของบริษัท ข้อมูลทุดิยภูมิจากแหล่งข้อมูลภายนอก ศึกษาจากเอกสารการศึกษาค้นคว้า งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตำรา วารสารทางวิชาการและอินเทอร์เน็ต เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรามข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสังเกตการณ์ แบบประเมิน และผังงาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) สภาพปัจจุบันของห่วงใซ่อุปทานภายในของบริษัทขาดการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลข่าวสารภายในบริษัท มีขั้นตอนการทำงานที่ไม่จำเป็นในขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานการสั่งซื้อวัดถุดิบ การตรวจรับวัตถุดิบจากผู้ขาย การเบิกวัดถุดิบเพื่อนำวัตถุดิบไปผลิต และการจัดส่งผลิตภัณฑ์ให้สาขาหน้าร้าน (2) ต้นแบบห่วงใซ่อุปทานภายในสำหรับการพัฒนาเป็นระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการห่วงโซ่อุปทานภายในของบริษัท ออกแบบไว้ 3 ระบบ ประกอบด้วย ระบบการจัดซื้อ ระบบคลังวัตถุดิบ ระบบคลังสินค้า และมีขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานแสดงเป็นผังงาน 5 ต้นแบบ ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานการจัดซื้อ ขั้นตอนการรับวัตถุดิบเข้าคลังวัตถุดิบ ขั้นตอนการเบิกวัตถุดิบจากคลังวัตถุดิบเพื่อนำไปผลิดเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ ขั้นตอนการรับผลิตภัณฑ์เข้าคลังสินค้าขั้นตอนการเบิกจ่ายผลิตภัณฑ์จากคลังสินค้าและ จัดส่งไปสาขาหน้าร้าน
The purposes of this independent study were (1) to study the current situation of internal supply chain of U.M. Tridaughter Sweet Co.,Ltd.; and (2) to design the internal supply chain prototype for developing an information system to manage the internal supply chain management of U.M. Tridaughter Sweet Co.,Ltd. The primary data was collected by interviewing the company’s owners and also by observing the company’s internal supply chain management operation. Secondary data was collected from internal sources – work records and reports and was also collected from external sources – related document and research, textbooks, academic journals and internet. Questionnairs, observation forms, evaluation forms and a flowchart were used for data collection. The results showed that (1) the current situation of company’s internal supply chain was laking in the linkage of internal information. The problems of unneccesary operational processes – purchasing, receiving, requisitioning and product delivery to store branches; and (2) a prototype internal supply chain was developed and designed for three systems – purchasing system, material warehouse and manufactured goods warehouse. While an operational flowchart was designed for five prototypes – purchasing steps, receiving steps, requisitioning steps, finished products storage steps, and issuing and delivery to store branch steps.
