Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการส่งเสริมศิลปวัฒนธรรมด้านดนตรีและ
นาฏศิลป์ ไทยของมหาวิทยาลัยเกษมบัณฑิต 2) ศึกษาบทบาทในการอนุรักษ์ศิลปวัฒนธรรมด้านดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์ ไทยของมหาวิทยาลัยเกษมบัณฑิตกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้าวิจัยเป็นผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเกษมบัณฑิต และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์ จำนวน 25 คน โดยการสัมภาษณ์ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบไม่มีโครงสร้างและการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วมและการสังเกตแบบไม่มีส่วนร่วมผลการวิจัยพบว่า มหาวิทยาลัยเกษมบัณฑิตเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนที่มีเป้าหมายสำคัญ เพื่อธำรงดนตรีไทยและนาฏศิลป์ ไทยอันเป็นเอกลักษณ์ของชาติให้คงอยู่ และได้ถือให้เป็นนโยบายพัฒนาองค์กรอย่างต่อเนื่อง รวมถึงพัฒนาให้ก้าวหน้าแพร่หลายเป็นเครือข่ายระหวางชุมชน โดยแบ่งกิจกรรมการส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมด้านดนตรีไทยและนาฏศิลป์ ไทย เป็น 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) การจัดตั้งชมรมดนตรีไทยและนาฏศิลป์ไทย 2) การจัดตั้งศูนย์วัฒนธรรม และ 3) การให้ทุนการศึกษาดนตรีไทยและนาฏศิลป์ ไทย สำหรับบทบาทด้านการอนุรักษ์ดนตรีไทยและนาฏศิลป์ ไทย แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) การศึกษาค้นคว้าเพื่อการอนุรักษ์ดนตรีนาฏศิลป์ไทย 2) การปลูกจิตสำนึกด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรมให้กบเยาวชนโดยผ่านกระบวนการสอน ซึ่งได้บรรจุไว้ในหลักสูตรให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้ และ 3) การเผยแพร่ดนตรีไทยและนาฏศิลป์ไทย ด้วยการส่งวิทยากรไปบรรยายทั้งภายในและภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัย
The purpose of the research is to study 1) the promoting of Thai musical legacy implemented by Kasem Bundit University, 2) the conservation of Thai dramatic art implemented by Kasem Bundit University. The samples applied in the research study are university executives, teachers and students of Kasem Bundit University, as well as 25 specialists in the field of Thai musical legacy and Thai dramatic art. The methodologies of research studies comprise of unstructured interviews and participating and non-participating observation. The result of the study reveals that Kasem Bundit University is a private university that has been putting a strong emphasis on the conservation of the Thai musical legacy and Thai dramatic art to be ever-lasting existence. The university also considers its conservation plan in consistently developing the organization. The university also aims to help enhance by having the Thai musical legacy and Thai dramatic art well-renowned among inter-communities. Activities used in promoting the Thai musical legacy and Thai dramatic art are divided into 3 parts referred to as 1. the setup of the Thai musical legacy and dramatic art club 2. the establishment of cultural center and 3. the allocation of scholarships in Thai musical legacy and Thai dramatic art. The university plays a significant role in the conservation of the Thai musical legacy and Thai dramatic art which are divided into 3 parts. 1) the research study of the conservation of the Thai musical legacy and Thai dramatic art 2) implementing self-awareness through pedagogical approaches included in students’ curriculum and 3) proliferating of the Thai musical legacy and Thai dramatic art by having well-qualified speakers lecture in various universities both internally and externally.
