Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการให้บริการห้องสมุดมีชีวิตที่ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ โรงเรียนทุ่งตะโกวิทยา จังหวัดชุมพร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา โรงเรียนทุ่งตะโกวิทยา ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 222 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการเลือกแบบบังเอิญ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่าความ พึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการให้บริการห้องสมุดมีชีวิตที่ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ โรงเรียนทุ่งตะโกวิทยา จังหวัดชุมพร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับปานกลางทั้ง 5 ด้าน โดยมีรายละเอียดแต่ละด้าน ดังนี้ (1) ด้านอาคารสถานที่ของห้องสมุดมีชีวิต พบว่านักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจด้านการจัด มุมสืบค้นข้อมูลเพื่อเป็นพื้นที่สำหรับวางชุดคอมพิวเตอร์ ซึ่งติดตั้งระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต (2) ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของห้องสมุดมีชีวิต พบว่านักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจด้านระบบเครือข่ายไร้สาย (Wireless) สามารถให้บริการได้ครอบคลุมทั่วถึง (3) ด้านบุคลากรของห้องสมุดมีชีวิต พบว่านักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจ ด้านการแนะนำกฎระเบียบ การให้บริการได้อย่างถูกต้องครบถ้วน (4) ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์ของห้องสมุดมีชีวิต พบว่า นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจ ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการรักการอ่าน และ (5) ด้านการบริการและจัดกิจกรรมของห้องสมุดมีชีวิต พบว่า นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจ ด้านการบริการเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการสืบค้นข้อมูลจากอินเทอร์เน็ต
The objective of this study was to investigate the satisfaction of students with services of the living library using information technology of Thung Tako Wittaya School in Chumphon province. The research sample consisted of 222 secondary level students studying during the second semester of the 2013 academic year at Thung Tako Wittaya School in Chumphon province, obtained by incidental sampling. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings revealed that the overall satisfaction of students with the services of the living library using information technology of Thung Tako Wittaya School in Chumphon province was at the moderate level. When specific aspects of the living library were considered, it was found that their satisfaction with each of the five aspects was at the moderate level, the details of which were as follows: (1) for the buildings and facilities of the living library, it was found that they were satisfied with the provision of the information retrieval corner as the area for installation of the computers with connection to the Internet system; (2) for the use of information technology of the living library, it was found that they were satisfied with the wireless network system that could provide comprehensive and thorough services; (3) for the personnel of the living library, it was found that they were satisfied with the correct and comprehensive advices on rules and regulations concerning the service provision; (4) for the public relations of the living library, it was found that they were satisfied with the public relations on the Love of Reading Project; and (5) for the services and activities of the living library, it was found that they were satisfied with the services on provision of computers for information retrieval from the Internet.
