Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสถานภาพของเครือข่ายบริการสารสนเทศของ
เครือข่ายจิตอาสาและ (2) ศึกษารูปแบบเครือข่ายบริการสารสนเทศของเครือข่ายจิตอาสา วิธีวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยคือผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติงานด้านการจัดการอาสาสมัครในองค์การที่เข้าร่วมเครือข่ายจิตอาสา 12 องค์กรจํานวน 24 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสัมภาษณ์วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เชิงพรรณนา ผลวิจัยพบว่า (1) เครือข่ายบริการสารสนเทศของเครือข่ายจิตอาสาประกอบด้วยองค์การอาสาสมัครในเครือข่ายจิตอาสาที่มีระบบฐานข้อมูลอาสาสมัคร มีกิจกรรมอาสาสมัครทั้งในรูปแบบกิจกรรมระยะยาวและกิจกรรมระยะสั้น เพื่อให้ตรงกับความสนใจของอาสาสมัคร มีบริการสารสนเทศในรูปแบบบริการตอบคําถามและช่วยค้นข้อมูล บริการจัดส่งสารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และบริการแนะนําแหล่งสารสนเทศโดยผ่านเว็บไซต์และเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ (2) รูปแบบเครือข่ายบริการ
สารสนเทศของเครือข่ายจิตอาสาประกอบด้วยเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างบุคคลที่เป็นอาสาสมัครในทํางานร่วมกันเกี่ยวกับนโยบายอาสาสมัครระดับชาติและเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ในการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมและการพัฒนาศักยภาพขององค์การอาสาสมัครอาทิการแนะนําแหล่งสารสนเทศเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการจัดการอาสาสมัคร เป็นต้น และเครือข่ายการส่งข่าวสารไปยังสมาชิกเช่น จดหมายข่าวอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์
The objectives of this research were to study (1) the status of information service for the Volunteer Spirit Network; (2) the information service network model for the Volunteer Spirit Network. This research was a qualitative study and the sample consisted of 24 executives and staff members in 12 volunteer organizations who are involved with Volunteer Spirit Network activities. The tool used in data collection was an interview, the data analysis was descriptive analysis. The research findings can be summarized as follows: (1) The information service network of The Volunteer Spirit Network is comprised of volunteer organizations in a volunteer database system. There were both long term and short term volunteer activities with reference and information services, electronic information delivery, and online referral services via websites and social media software. (2) The information service network model developed for the Volunteer Spirit Network is comprised of a personnel cooperation network of volunteers at the national level, a social media network to enhance activities and capabilities of volunteers, and an information delivery network for sharing electronic newsletters and books among members.
