ความสมดุลระหว่างงานกับชีวิตส่วนตัวของกลุ่มคนวัยทำงานในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับความสมดุลระหว่างงานกับชีวิตส่วนตัวของกลุ่มคนวัยทำงานธุรกิจเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และ 2) เปรียบเทียบความสมดุลระหว่างงานกับชีวิตส่วนตัวของกลุ่มคนวัยทำงานธุรกิจเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามเจนเนอเรชั่น การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากร คือ กลุ่มคนวัยทำงานธุรกิจเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งกลุ่มคนวัยทำงานอ้างอิงจากจำนวนประชากรตามเขตในกรุงเทพมหานคร ทั้งหมด 50 เขต ขนาดตัวอย่างกำหนดจากสูตรของเครซี่และมอร์แกน ได้ 400 คน ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การทดสอบค่าเอฟ และการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับความสมดุลระหว่างงานและชีวิตส่วนตัวของกลุ่มคนวัยทำงานในกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านสติปัญญามีลำดับสูงที่สุด รองลงมา ด้านการทำงาน ลำดับต่ำที่สุดคือ ด้านเวลา และด้านการเงิน และ (2) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ด้านเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษาสูงสุด รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน ลักษณะการจ้างงาน และลักษณะการทำงานที่ต่างกันมีความสมดุลระหว่างงานกับชีวิตส่วนตัวแตกต่างกัน ส่วนด้านสถานภาพ ประสบการณ์ทำงาน และสมาชิกในครอบครัวที่ต่างกันมีความสมดุลระหว่างงานกับชีวิตส่วนตัวไม่แตกต่างกัน และทุกเจนเนอเรชั่นพบว่า ความสมดุลระหว่างงานกับชีวิตส่วนตัว จำแนกตามเจนเนอเรชั่นของกลุ่มคนวัยทำงานในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครที่แตกต่างกันมีความสมดุลระหว่างงานกับชีวิตส่วนตัวแตกต่างกัน

The purposes of this research were (1) to study the level of the balance between work and personal life of working people in Bangkok, and (2) to compare the balance between work and personal life of working people in Bangkok classified by generation. This study is survey research. The population used in this study was working people of private company located among 50 districts in Bangkok. Sample size of 400 working people were obtained by Krejcie & Morgan method using accidental sampling method. Data collection instrument was questionnaires. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and comparative analysis on a double basis of Scheffe's method. The results of the study showed that: (1) the level of the balance between work and personal life of the respondents who are working people of private company in Bangkok in overall are at high level. Considering each aspect, it was found that the intelligence was at the highest level, followed by work part, and the lowest level was the time and financial. (2) The results of hypothesis testing of personal found that personal factor in terms of sex, age, highest education, average monthly income, employment characteristics and different working styles had the balance between work and personal life difference at a significance level of 0.05, and personal factors in terms of personal status, different work experience and member of family it was found that there were no difference between the balance between work and personal life as well as the generation factor.
