Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบจัดเก็บและค้นคืนรายงานวิจัยของบริษัท
ศูนย์วิจัยกสิกรไทย จำกัด ระบบจัดเก็บและค้นคืนที่พัฒนาขึ้นครอบคลุมการทำงานใน 3 ส่วนหลัก ได้แก่ การจัดเก็บ การค้นหา และการรายงานผลรายงานวิจัย การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพัฒนา วิธีการพัฒนาระบบใช้หลักการของวงจรการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ เริ่มจากการกำหนดปัญหา โดยสัมภาษณ์พนักงานของบริษัท ศูนย์วิจัยกสิกรไทย จำกัด จำนวน 8 คน ทั้งระดับบริหารและระดับปฎิบัติการ จากนั้นวิเคราะห์ ออกแบบ และพัฒนาระบบ โดยใช้โปรแกรม MySQL และโปรแกรมภาษา PHP ภายใต้ระบบปฎิบัติการ Microsoft Windows XP หลังจากนั้นได้ให้พนักงานของบริษัทจำนวน 51 คน ทดลองใช้และประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อระบบ นอกจากนี้ ผู้วิจัยได้ใช้เกณฑ์การตัดสินความเข้าเรื่องในการประเมินระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นด้วย ผลการวิจัยทำให้ได้ระบบจัดเก็บและค้นคืนที่สามารถบันทึก แก้ไข ค้นหารายงานวิจัยด้วยวิธีการที่หลากหลาย แสดงผลการค้น และนำเสนอรายงานทางสถิติสำหรับผู้บริหารได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ จากการประเมินของผู้ใช้พบว่าผู้ใช้ส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจด้านการนำข้อมูลเข้าสู่
ระบบ ด้านการค้นหารายงานวิจัย ด้านการรายงานผล และด้านภาพรวมของระบบอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน การตัดสินความเข้าเรื่องโดยผู้วิจัยเป็นผู้ตัดสินพบว่า อัตราการเรียกคืนและอัตราความเข้าเรื่องในการทดลองค้นหาทุกครั้งมีผลเท่ากับร้อยละ 100 แสดงว่าระบบจัดเก็บและค้นคืนที่พัฒนาขึ้นนี้สามารถให้ผลการค้นที่สมบูรณ์
The purpose of the research was to develop a storage and retrieval system for the research reports of Kasikorn Research Center Co., Ltd. - KResearch. The storage and retrieval system covered three main areas: storing, searching and reporting the research reports. This study was research and development. The system development life cycle methodology was used, starting with defining problems through interviewing eight KResearch employees, both at the managerial and operational levels. The researcher then analyzed, designed and developed the system by using MySQL and PHP language under the Microsoft Windows XP Professional operating system. The evaluation of the system was then performed by 51 KResearch employees. In addition, the criteria of relevance judgement was used to evaluate the system. the result showed that the newly-developed system could efficiently store, update, and search research reports by various methods. It could also display search results and present statistical reports efficiently. The evalution by the users revealed that most users were highly satisfied with the system in all aspects, i.e., inputting, searching, reporting and using the overall system. As for the relevance judgement performed by the researcher, it was found that the recall and precision ratios were both at 100 percent in all trial searches, which indicated that the newly-developed system could give complete search results
