การใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครู สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดอุทัยธานี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครู สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดอุทัยธานี ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดอุทัยธานี ที่ปฏิบัติการสอนในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2562 จำนวน 163 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามการใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครู สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดอุทัยธานี สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า การใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดอุทัยธานี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดในแต่ละด้าน ดังนี้ (1) ด้านประเภทของสื่อเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครู มีการใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาประเภทเครื่องมือ ในวิชาพาณิชยกรรม/บริหารธุรกิจ (2) ด้านการสนับสนุนการใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาเพื่อใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน มีนโยบายส่งเสริมการใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาอย่างชัดเจน และ (3) ด้านการใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูมีการใช้ในขั้นดำเนินการใช้สื่อการสอน

The purpose of this study was to investigate the use of educational technology media in instructional management of teachers under the Office of the Vocational Education Commissioner in Uthai Thani province. The research population comprised 163 teachers teaching in educational institutions under the Office of the Vocational Education Commissioner in Uthai Thani province during the second semester of the 2019 academic year. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on the use of educational technology media in instructional management of teachers under the Office of the Vocational Education Commissioner in Uthai Thani province. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research findings showed that the overall use of educational technology media in instructional management of teachers in educational institutions under the Office of the Vocational Education Commissioner in Uthai Thani province was at the high level. When specific aspects of the use were considered, it was found that all aspects of the use were at the high level. The aspects of the use, each of which with the item receiving the top rating mean, were specified as follows: (1) in the aspect of category of educational technology media in educational management of teachers, the item receiving the top rating mean was that on the use of the tool category of educational technology media in the Commerce/Business Administration Program; (2) in the aspect of the supports for the use of educational technology media in educational management, that on the having clear policy for promotion of the use of educational technology media; and (3) in the aspect of the use of educational technology media in instructional management of teachers, that on the use in the operational step of using instructional media
