ผลการใช้ชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล เรื่อง การพัฒนาทักษะการให้การปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยา สำหรับข้าราชการครูโรงเรียนฝึกอาชีพ กรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาผลของการใช้ชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล เรื่อง การพัฒนาทักษะการให้คำปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยาสำหรับข้าราชการครูโรงเรียนฝึกอาชีพกรุงเทพมหานคร และ (2) ทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล เรื่อง การพัฒนาทักษะการให้คำปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยา สำหรับข้าราชการครูโรงเรียนฝึกอาชีพกรุงเทพมหานคร ตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย จำนวน 39 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจงจากประชากรที่เป็นข้าราชการครูโรงเรียนฝึกอาชีพกรุงเทพมหานคร ในปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 81 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย (1) ชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล เรื่อง การพัฒนาทักษะ การให้คำปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยา สำหรับข้าราชการครูโรงเรียนฝึกอาชีพกรุงเทพมหานคร และ (2) แบบทดสอบทักษะการให้คำปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยา มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.90 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ภายหลังการใช้ชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล เรื่อง การพัฒนาทักษะ การให้คำปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยา ข้าราชการครูโรงเรียนฝึกอาชีพกรุงเทพมหานคร มีทักษะในการให้การปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยาสูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01และ (2) ชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล เรื่อง การพัฒนาทักษะการให้การปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยาสำหรับข้าราชการครูโรงเรียนฝึกอาชีพกรุงเทพมหานคร ทั้ง 3 หน่วย มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ คือ 91.1/98.66, 84.4/90.66 และ 87.89/85.87 ตามลำดับ

The objectives of this research were (1) to study the effects of a distance training package on the Development of Psychological Counseling Skills for teachers of Bangkok Vocational School; and (2) to test the efficiency of the distance training package on the Development of Psychological Counseling Skills for teachers of Bangkok Vocational School based on the 80/80 efficiency criterion. The research sample consisted of 39 teachers purposively selected from the population of 81 teachers of Bangkok Vocational School in academic year 2013. The employed research instruments were (1) a distance training package on the Development of Psychological Counseling Skills for teachers of Bangkok Vocational School; and (2) a test on psychological counseling skills, with 0.90 reliability coefficient. Statistics used for data analysis were the mean, standard deviation, E1/E2 efficiency index, and t-test. The findings of this research were (1) after using the distance training package on the Development of Psychological Counseling Skills, the teachers of Bangkok Vocational School had increased their psychological counseling skills to be higher at the .01 significance level; and (2) the three units of the distance training package on the Development of Psychological Counseling Skills for teachers of Bangkok Vocational School were efficient at 91.1/98.66, 84.4/90.66 and 87.89/85.87 respectively, thus meeting the 80/80 efficiency criterion.
