Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของพนักงาน (2) เปรียบเทียบระดับความคิดเห็นต่อความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงาน จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล (3) ศึกษาปัจจัยด้าน พฤติกรรมการทำงานที่มีผลต่อความปลอดภัยของพนักงาน (4) ศึกษาปัจจัยต้านสภาพแวดล้อมในสถานที่ทำงานที่ มีผลต่อความปลอดภัยของพนักงาน (5) เสนอแนะแนวทางการสร้างความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงาน ของโรงงานผลิตอาหารสัตว์น้ำมหาชัย บริษัท เจริญโภคภัณฑ์อาหาร จำกัด (มหาชน) รูปแบบการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ พนักงาน ระดับต่างๆ ในโรงงานผลิตอาหารสัตว์น้ำมหาชัย บริษัทเจริญโภคภัณฑ์อาหาร จำกัด (มหาชน) จำนวน 406 คน กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่นร้อยละ 95 ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 201 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใซัในการวิเคราะห์ คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณา ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติ เชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ การทดสอบค่าที การทดสอบค่าเอฟ และการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของพนักงานส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุอยู่ในช่วง 31-40 ปี ระดับการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย หรือ ปวส. เป็นพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการ อายุงานมากกว่า 10 ปี ส่วนใหญ่เคยได้รับการฝืกอบรมด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน และไม่เคยเกิดอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงาน (2) ระดับความคิดเห็นต่อความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงาน เพื่อจำแนกตาม ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พนักงานมีอายุงานที่แตกต่างกัน ทำให้มีระดับความคิดเห็นด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานที่ แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ตำแหน่งงาน หน่วยงานที่ทำงาน ประวัติการฝืกอบรม ประวัติการเกิด อุบัติเหตุไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน (3) ปัจจัยด้านพฤติกรรมการทำงานที่มีผลต่อความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของ พนักงาน คือ การปฏิบัติตนของพนักงานซึ่งมีผลในระดับปานกลาง โดยพนักงานไม่ดื่มสุราก่อนเข้างานขณะทำงาน หรือช่วงพักกลางวันซึ่งมีผลในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ ไม่สูบบุหรี่ในพื้นที่บริษัทฯ มีผลในระดับมาก และไม่หยอกล้อกันระหว่างปฏิบัติงานมีผลในระดับน้อยที่สุด (4) ปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมในสถานที่ทำงานที่มี ผลต่อความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงาน คือ กฎระเบียบความปลอดภัยในการทำงานซึ่งมีผลในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ เครื่องจักร เครื่องมือ และอุปกรณ์ในการทำงานมีความสัมพันธ์ในระดับมาก และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานมีผลในระดับปานกลาง (5) แนวทางการสร้างความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของ พนักงาน ได้แก่ การเพิ่มช่องทางการสื่อสารให้มากขึ้น และพูดคุยเรื่องความปลอดภัยในการทำงานอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อเป็นการสร้างความตระหนักให้กับพนักงาน
The purposes of this study were to: (1) study the individual factors of employees (2) compare work safety of employees that classify by the individual factors (3) study work behaviour factors affecting work safety of employees (4) study work environment factors affecting work safety of employees (5) recommendation for promotion work safety of employees from Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited, Mahachai Aqua Feed Plant. This study was a survey research. The samples consisted of employees from Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited, Mahachai Aqua Feed Plant which 201 samples were obtained with the application of Taro Yamane’s calculation. The instrument used was questionnaire. Statistical tools employed were frequency percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and Pearson’s correlation coefficients. Study results revealed that: (1) the individual factors consisted sex, age, education degree, vacancy, department, work safety training history and accident history not affecting work safety of employees but work of age affecting work safety of employees with statistical significance level at .05 (2) the opinion level to work safety of employees classified to the individual factors consisted work of age different the opinion level to work safety of employees but sex, age, education degree, vacancy, department, work safety training history and accident history not different (3) work behaviour factors affecting work safety of employees when employees have the better work behavior affecting the better work safety with statistical significance level at .01 (4) work environment factors affecting work safety of employees when the better work environment affecting the better work safety with statistical significance level at .01 (5) recommendation for promotion work safety of employees were increasing the channel and on the job training about work safety for employees.
