การพัฒนาแบบวัดความสามารถในการอ่าน คิดวิเคราะห์ และเขียนสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาราชบุรี เขต 2

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาแบบวัดความสามารถในการอ่าน คิดวิเคราะห์ และเขียน สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาราชบุรี เขต 2 และ (2) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพแบบวัดความสามารถในการอ่าน คิดวิเคราะห์ และเขียน สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาราชบุรี เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ปีการศึกษา 2558 ในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาราชบุรี เขต 2 จำนวน 495 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบวัดความสามารถในการอ่าน คิดวิเคราะห์ และเขียน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความตรง ค่าความเที่ยง ค่าความยาก และค่าอำนาจจำแนก ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ (1) แบบวัดความสามารถในการอ่าน คิดวิเคราะห์ และเขียน มีจำนวน 65 ข้อ แบ่งเป็น 3 ตอน ตอนที่ 1 การอ่านจับใจความสำคัญ การเข้าใจและสรุปความ เป็นคำถามแบบเลือกตอบ จำนวน 32 ข้อ ตอนที่ 2 การคิดวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ความสัมพันธ์และหลักการ เป็นคำถามแบบเลือกตอบ จำนวน 30 ข้อ ตอนที่ 3 การเขียนเพื่อเล่าเรื่องและเขียนตามจินตนาการ เป็นแบบเขียนตอบ จำนวน 3 ข้อ และ (2) แบบวัดความสามารถในการอ่าน คิดวิเคราะห์ และเขียน มีคุณภาพด้านความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.84 ค่าความยากระหว่าง 0.27-0.78 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.22-0.72 ซึ่งมีคุณภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด

The purposes of this research were (1) to develop a test on reading, analysisthinking and writing abilities for Prathom Suksa III students in Ratchaburi Primary Education Service Area 2; and (2) to verify quality of the test on reading, analysisthinking and writing abilities for Prathom Suksa III Students in Ratchaburi Primary Education Service Area 2 The research sample consisted of 495 Prathom Suksa III students in Ratchaburi Primary Education Service Area 2 in the academic year 2015. Theinstrument employed in this research was a test on reading, analysis thinking and writing abilities. Statistics for data analysis were the validity index, reliabilitycoefficient, difficulty index and discriminating index The research findings were as follows: ( 1) the test on reading, analysis thinking and writing abilities was composed of three parts: Part 1 was a test on reading for main idea, comprehension and conclusion; it contained 32 multiple- choice test items; Part 2 was a test on analysis of contents, relationship and principles; it contained 30 multiple-choice test items; and Part 3 was a test on narrative writing and imaginative writing; it was an essay type test with three test items; and ( 2) the test on reading, analysis thinking and writing abilities had quality as shown by its content validity, its reliability coefficient of 0. 84, its difficulty indices ranging from 0. 27 - 0. 78, and its discriminating indices ranging from 0. 22 - 0. 72. Thus, the test on reading, analysis thinking and writing abilities had quality indices meeting the pre-determined criteria.
