การปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อลดต้นทุนของเครื่องดึงสมอเรือ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เพื่อลดต้นทุนของเสียของกระบวนการผลิตของเครื่องดึงสมอเรือ (2) เพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตของเครื่องดึงสมอเรือ (3) เพื่อจัดทำวิธีการควบคุมมาตรฐานด้านคุณภาพของกระบวนการผลิตเครื่องดึงสมอเรือวิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยสามารถแบ่งได้เป็น 8 ขั้นตอนหลัก คือ (1) ศึกษางานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการควบคุมและปรับปรงคุณภาพ (2) ศึกษากระบวนการผลิตของขั้นงานที่เป็นส่วนประกอบของเครื่องดึงสมอเรือ (3) ศึกษาและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวกับคุณภาพของขั้นงานเช่า อัตราของเสียและต้นทุนของเสียของชิ้นงาน (4) กำหนดวัตถุประสงค์และกระบวนการผลิตที่ต้องปรับปรงคุณภาพ (5) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและปัจจัยที่เป็นสาเหตุของปัญหาในกระบวนการผลิต (6) กำหนดวิธีการและดำเนินการปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตของชิ้นงานในสายการประกอบเครื่องดึงสมอเรือ (7) กำหนดวิธีการควบคุมมาตรฐานด้านคุณภาพของกระบวนการผลิตเครื่องดึงสมอเรือและ (8) เสนอแนะแนวทางในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตเครื่องดึงสมอเรือผลการวิจัยสามารถสรุปได้ว่า (1) การปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตของชิ้นงานที่เป็นส่วนประกอบของเครื่องดึงสมอเรือ สามารถลดต้นทุนของเสียในกระบวนการผลิตเครื่องดึงสมอเรือได้ โดยต้นทุนของเสียของกระบวนการผลิตลดลง 31,393.8 บาท คิดเป็น 74.78 เปอร์เซ็นต์ของต้นทุนของเสียของทงสายการผลิตเครื่องดึงสมอเรือก่อนการปรับปรงคุณภาพ (2) สามารถกำหนดวิธีการและสร้างมาตรฐานการปรับปรงคุณภาพภาพในกระบวนการผลิตเครื่องดึงสมอเรือได้และ (3) สามารถจัดทำวิธีการควบคุมมาตรฐานด้านคุณภาพในกระบวนการผลิตเครื่องดึงสมอเรือได้

The purposes of this thesis were (1) to reduce the failure cost of Windlass production process (2) to improve the Windlass production processes and (3) to establish the methods for controlling the quality standard of Windlass production process. The thesis methods consisted of 8 steps (1) to study the research and methodology related to the quality control and improvement (2) to study the production processes of Windlass (3) to study and collect data of the component parts of Windlass such as failure rate and failure cost (4) to set the objectives and processes for improving the quality (5) to analyze data and factors of the root causes of the problems (6) to define and implement the methods for improving processes of the Windlass component pats (7) to develop the methods for controlling the quality standard of the Windlass processes and (8) to recommend the ways for improving the Windlass processes. The results of the thesis could conclude that (1) the production process improvement for cost reduction of windlass can be achieved. The failure cost of Windlass processes reduced to 31,393.8 Baht equal to 74.78 percent of the failure cost of Windlass production line before implementing the quality improvement (2) the methods and Standards for quality improvement of Windlass production process can be established and (3) the methods for controlling the quality standard in Windlass production process can be established.
