Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ประเมินผลโครงการศูนย์บ่มเพาะวิสาหกิจเพื่อการศึกษาของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา (2) เปรียบเทียบระดับความสำเร็จโครงการศูนย์บ่มเพาะวิสาหกิจเพื่อการศึกษาของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาโดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล (3) แนวทางการปรับปรุงโครงการศูนย์บ่มเพาะวิสาหกิจเพื่อการศึกษาของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ผ่านการฝึกอบรมจากโครงการศูนย์บ่มเพาะวิสาหกิจเพื่อการศึกษาของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ประจำปีการศึกษา 2563 รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 32 คน โดยใช้ประชากรทั้งหมด 32 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ และค่าเฉลี่ย การทดสอบค่าที การทดสอบค่าเอฟ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการประเมินผลโครงการ พบว่า (1) การประเมินผลโครงการศูนย์บ่มเพาะวิสาหกิจเพื่อการศึกษาของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษามีระดับความสำเร็จอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทุกด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านปฏิกิริยา ด้านการเรียนรู้ ด้านพฤติกรรม และด้านผลสัมฤทธิ์ ตามลำดับ (2) ผู้ผ่านการฝึกอบรมโครงการศูนย์บ่มเพาะวิสาหกิจเพื่อการศึกษาของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ที่มีเพศ อายุ อาชีพ ระดับการศึกษา และรายได้แตกต่างกันมีระดับความสำเร็จไม่แตกต่างกัน (3) แนวทางการปรับปรุงโครงการศูนย์บ่มเพาะวิสาหกิจเพื่อการศึกษาของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ได้แก่ 1) ควรเน้นการฝึกปฏิบัติจริง เพื่อให้เกิดสมรรถนะ สามารถนำนวัตกรรมไปใช้ประโยชน์ในเชิงเศรษฐกิจ 2) การประเมินผลโครงการที่ดีและเหมาะสมจะช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิผลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และ 3) องค์การควรส่งเสริมสนับสนุนรูปแบบการบ่มเพาะผู้ประกอบการอาชีวศึกษาให้สามารถนำนวัตกรรมไปใช้ประโยชน์เชิงเศรษฐกิจ เพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันในระดับนานาชาติต่อไป
The objectives of this study were: (1) to evaluate Business Incubator Center Project for education enterprises of the Office of the Vocational Education Commission (2) to compare the achievement level of Business Incubator Center Project of the Office of Vocational Education Commission, classified by personal factors, and (3) to study the guidelines for improving of Business Incubator Center Project of the Office of Vocational Education Commission. This study was a survey research. The population of this study all 32 people for the academic year 2020 of the Business Incubator Center of the Office of Vocational Education Commission. The tool for data collection was a questionnaire. Data were statistically analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, t-test, f-test and content analysis. The results showed that: (1) evaluation of Business Incubator Center Project of the Vocational Education Commission revealed the highest level of achievement in all aspects: reaction, learning, behavior and result respectively. (2) there was no statistical significance in the achievement of trainees classified by sex, age, occupation, education and income, and (3) the guidelines for improving Business Incubator Center Project of the Office of Vocational Education Commission were that: 1) they should focus on practical practices in order to enhance performance and the application of innovation in order to magnify economic benefits. 2) A good and appropriate project evaluation will increase productivity effectively, and 3) the organization should promote and support the incubation model for vocational entrepreneurs to be able to apply innovations for economic benefits to increase their international competitiveness.
