การวิจัยเชิงทำนายครั้งนื้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) สมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพใน
โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ (2) อำนาจในการทำนายของปัจจัยจูงใจและปัจจัยค้ำจุนต่อแรงจูงใจในการทำงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ (3) อำนาจในการทำนายของแรงจูงใจในการทำงานต่อสมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์
กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษา คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฎิบัติงาน ในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริม
สุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ จำนวน 155 คน เลือกโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย 4 ส่วน คือ ข้อมูลทั่วไป ปัจจัยจูงใจและปัจจัยคํ้าจุน แรงจูงใจในการทำงาน และสมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล แบบสอบถามมีค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาของส่วนที่ 2-4 เท่ากับ 0.85, 0.96 และ 0.85 ตามลำดับ และมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.93, 0.84 และ 0.99 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์เส้นทาง ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) สมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล
จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ โดยรวมอย่ในระดับสูง (M = 3.98, SD = 0.43) (2) ปัจจัยจูงใจได้แก่ ความสำเร็จในงาน ความรู้สึกได้รับการยอมรับ ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน และปัจจัยคํ้าจุน ได้แก่ ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล สถานภาพวิชาชีพ นโยบายและการบริหารงานขององค์กร เงินเดือน และปัจจัยในชีวตส่วนบุคคล ร่วมทำนายแรงจูงใจในการทำงานได้ ร้อยละ 50 ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 (3) แรงจูงใจในการทำงานสามารถทำนายสมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้ร้อยละ 35
The purposes of this research were: (1) to study the nursing competency of registered nurses at Tambon Health Promoting Hospitals in Buriram province, (2) to explore predicted power of motivation and hygiene factors on motivation of registered nurses at Tambon Health Promoting Hospitals in Buriram province, and (3) to identify predicted power of motivation on competency of registered nurses at Tambon Health Promoting Hospitals in Buriram province. The sample included 155 registered nurses at Tambon health promoting Hospitals, Buriram province who were selected by the stratified random sampling technique. The research tool was a questionnaire which consisted of four sections: (1) Personal data, (2) motivation and hygiene factors, (3) motivation, and (4) nursing competencies. The validity of the questionnaire was verified by five experts. The content validity indexes of part 2 to 4 were 0.85, 0.96, and 0.85 respectively and the Cronbach’s alpha coefficients were 0.93, 0.84, and 0.99, respectively. Research data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and path analysis. The major findings were as follows. (1) Registered nurses rated their competency at the high level (M = 3.98, SD = 0.43). (2) The motivation (achievement, recognition, responsibility) and hygiene factors (interpersonal relationship, professional status, company policy, salary, and personal life) could predict the working motivation which accounted for 50% of variance at p < .05. (3) The motivation could predict the nursing competency which accounted for 35% of variance at p < .05.
