การบริหารจัดการระบบคุณภาพของโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ1) ศึกษาการบริหารจัดการระบบคุณภาพของโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา 2) เปรียบเทียบการบริหารจัดการระบบคุณภาพของโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ปฏิบัติงาน วุฒิการศึกษาของผู้บริหาร และภูมิภาคที่โรงเรียนตั้งอยู่กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ โรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปี 2559 จำนวน 136 โรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่ายู และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวแบบครัสคอล-วอลลิส ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามีการดำเนินการบริหารจัดการระบบคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการบริหารจัดการระบบคุณภาพของโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ปฏิบัติงาน วุฒิการศึกษา และภูมิภาคที่โรงเรียนตั้งอยู่ ไม่แตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05

The purposes of this research were (1) to study the quality system management of world-class standard schools under the Offices of Primary Education Service Area; 2) to compare levels of quality system management of world-class standard schools under the Offices of Primary Education Service Area as classified by work experience of administrator, educational level of administrator, and the region where the school was located. The research sample consisted of 136 world-class standard schools under the Offices of Primary Education Service Area in the academic year 2559. The research instrument was a questionnaire on opinions of world-class standard school administrator. Statistics for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Mann-Whitney U-test and Kruskal-Wallis One-way ANOVA. The research findings were as follows: (1) school administrators of world- class standard schools rated their performance of quality system management at the high level; and (2) no significant difference at the 05 level was found when quality system management levels of world-class standard schools were compared as classified by work experience of administrator, educational level of administrator, and the region where the school was located.
