ความผูกพันต่อองค์การของบุคลากรโรงเรียนเทพศิรินทร์

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับความผูกพันต่อองค์การของบุคลากรโรงเรียนเทพศิรินทร์ (2 ศึกษาปัจจัยด้านองค์การ ที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความผูกพันต่อองค์การของบุคลากรโรงเรียนเทพศิรินทร์ และ(3) เปรียบเทียบความผูกพันต่อองค์การของบุคลากร โรงเรียนเทพศิรินทร์ จำแนกตามลักษณะส่วนบุคคลการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรในการศึกษาเป็นบุคลากรโรงเรียนเทพศิรินทร์ จำนวน 120 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยการคำนวณ โดยใช้สูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 93 คน ซึ่งใช้วิธี สุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบื่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการทดสอบ ผลต่างนัยสำคัญน้อยที่สุดผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) บุคลากรโรงเรียนเทพศิรินทร์ มีความผูกพันต่อองค์การทั้งโดยรวมและราชค้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (2 ปัจจัยค้านองค์การทุกค้านมีความสัมพันธ์กับความผูกพันต่อองค์การอย่างมีนัขสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยเรียงลำดับจากสูงไปต่ำคือ ค้านโอกาสความก้าวหน้า ด้านภาวะผู้นำ ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ด้านการจัดการ และด้านลักษณะงานที่รับผิดชอบ และ(3) บุคลากรโรงเรียนเทพศิรินทร์ที่มีอายุแตกต่งกัน มีความผูกพันต่อองค์การแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนบุคลากรที่มีสถานภาพระดับการศึกษาอันดับขั้นตำแหน่งรายได้ต่อเดือน และระยะเวลาปฏิบัติงานที่แตกต่างกัน มีความผูกพันต่อองค์การไม่แตกต่างกัน

The objectives of this study were (1) to study the level of organizational commitment of personnel at Debsirin School; (2) to study organizational factors related to organizational commitment of personnel at Debsirin School; and (3) to compare the organizational commitment of personnel at Debsirin School classified by personal factors. This study was a survey research. The population was 120 personnel at Debsirin School. The sample consisted of 93 personnel were calculated by Taro Yamane formula which selected by simple method. A questionnaire was used for data collection. The data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, correlation, t-Test, one-way ANOVA, and least significant difference. The results showed that (1) personnel at Debsirin School had the highest level of organizational commitment overall and each aspect; (2) The factors of growth opportunity, leadership, environment, management and job responsibilities related to organizational commitment respectively; and (3) personnel at Debsirin School with different age had different organizational commitment at the statistically significant 0.05 level whereas the personnel with different marital status, educational level, work position, income and working experience had no difference in organizational commitment
