Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งเสริมงานแนะแนวตามความคิดเห็นของครูในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 11และ (2) เปรียบเทียบบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งเสริมงานแนะแนวตามความคิดเห็นของครูในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 11 จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดชุมพร จำนวน 288 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่า กับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในทางวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยปรากฎว่า (1) บทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งเสริมงานแนะแนวตาม ความคิดเห็นของครูในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 11 ในรายด้านและในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากเรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ การสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานแนะแนว การบริหารจัดการงานแนะแนวอย่างเป็นระบบ การจัดให้มีครูแนะแนว/ครูที่ทำหน้าที่แนะแนว การมีภาคีเครือข่ายเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในงานแนะแนว และ (2) บทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งเสริมงานแนะแนวจำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา ทั้งสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก ขนาดกลาง ขนาดใหญ่ และขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05
The purposes of this study were (1) to study roles of school administrators in promoting guidance work as perceived by teachers in secondary schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 11; and (2) to compare roles of school administrators in promoting guidance work as perceived by teachers in secondary schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 11, as classified by school size. The research sample consisted of 288 teachers in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 11 in Chumphon province, obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire with reliability coefficient of .98. Statistics employed for data analysis were the mean, standard deviation, one way ANOVA, and Scheffe’ s method of pairwise comparison. The findings revealed that (1) the overall and by-aspect roles of school administrators in promoting guidance work as perceived by teachers in secondarily schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 11 were rated at the high level and could be ranked based on their rating means as follows: the supports for guidance operation, the systematic administration and management of guidance work, the provision of guidance personnel/ guidance teachers, and the arrangement for having network partners to be involved in the guidance work; and (2) the roles of school administrators of small sized, medium sized, large sized, and extra-large sized schools in promoting guidance work were significantly different at the .05 level.
