บทบาทของเจ้าอาวาสในการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมการศึกษานอกระบบศึกษาเฉพาะกรณีจังหวัดเพชรบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาบทบาทของเข้าอาวาสในการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมการศึกษานอกระบบทั้ง 3 ด้าน คือ การศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน การให้ข้อมูลข่าวสาร และการพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพ (2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบทบาทของเจ้าอาวาสในการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมการศึกษานอกระบบกับตัวแปรต่อไปนี้คือ ที่ตั้งและรายได้ของวัด จำนวนพระภิกษุในวัด จำนวนพรรษาที่บวช ระยะเวลาในการดำรงตำแหน่งเจ้าอาวาส ตำแหน่งอื่นๆ นอกเหนือจากเจ้าอาวาสระดับการศึกษาสายสามัญและทางพระพุทธศาสนา การได้รับอบรมพระธรรมฑูตและ/หรือการศึกษานอกระบบ และการติดต่อประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่ศูนย์การศึกษานอกโรงเรียนกับ (3) ศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะของเจ้าอาวาสที่มีต่อกิจกรรมการศึกษานอกระบบกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา คือเจ้าอาวาสในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี 144 รูป เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.795 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าสัมประสิทธิสหสัมพันธ์ แบบฟีผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ (1)เจ้าอาวาสในจังหวัดเพชรบุรีสนับสนุน ส่งเสริมกิจกรรม การศึกษานอกระบบ ทั้งสามด้านมากที่สุดในเรื่อง การจัดการศึกษาแผนกธรรม การเผยแพร่ความI ทางด้านสุขภาพอนามัย การแนะแนวและการฝึกอบรมศิลปะและพระภิกษุสามเณรและประชาชน (2) ตัวแปรอิสระที่มีความสัมพันธ์มากต่อการส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบของเข้าอาวาสมี 4 ตัวแปรจากทั้งหมด 11 ตัวแปร คือ สถานที่ตั้งวัด ประเภทของวัด วุฒิทางนักธรรมและจำนวน ภิกษุในแต่ละวัดและ 63 ปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่สำคัญในการส่งเสริมกิจกรรม การศึกษานอกระบบ ของเข้าอาวาสวัดคือ ขาดบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ในการดำเนินงาน ขาดงบประมาณและอุปกรณ์ตลอดจน ขาดงบประมาณและอุปกรณ์ในการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

The purposes of this research were : (I) to study the roles of the abbots in promotion of non- formal education activities on three components, namely, provision of basic education, provision of information, and vocational skills development; (2) to study the relationships of the abbot’s roles with the following variables: location of the temple, income per year of the temple, type of the temple, number of monks in the temple, years of ordination, years of abbotship, other positions of the abbot, general education level, Buddhist education level, training on Prathammathut Course and/or other non - formal education courses, and the coordination with non - formal education center officials; and (3) to study problems, obstacles, and recommendations from the abbots regarding promotion of non - formal education activities. The sample comprised 144 abbots in Phetchaburi province .Research instrument for data collection was a questionnaire developed by the researcher, with reliability of 0.795. Statistics used in analyzing the data were the frequency, percentage , mean, and Phi correlation coefficient. Conclusions of research findings were as follows: (1) The abbots in Phechaburi province had promotion role at the highest level on the following activities: provision of Dhama education; dissemination of information on health; guidance; and provision of training on arts for monks and people. (2) Four of 11 variables were found to have high relationship with the abbot’s roles in promotion of non - formal education activities, namely, location of the temple, type of the temple, Dhama qualification of monks, and the number of monks in the temple. (3) The main problems and obstacles for the abbot’s promotion of non - formal education activities were the lack of qualified staff, lack of budget and equipment, and inadequate support from concerned organizations
